The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC mill-turn machines to produce high-precision parts according to engineering specifications. The mill-turn Operator will play a vital role in ensuring production efficiency, product quality, and safety in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. About the Role: The Mill-Turn Operator will be responsible for various functions and responsibilities related to machine operation, programming, quality control, tool maintenance, safety compliance, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration. Responsibilities Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC mill-turn (or other relevant machinery) to perform precision turning/milling operations on different alloys and other materials according to design specifications. Programming: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and machine setup sheets to determine appropriate machining procedures. Use CNC programming software (Esprit) or manual programming to set up machining jobs. Quality Control: Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure parts meet specified dimensions and quality standards. Follow Quality plan requirements. Tool Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on turning mills, including tool changes, cleaning, and lubrication.
