Summary /Objective At Bestway our Delivery Specialists play a pivotal role in our vision to enhance the customers rent to own experience. While performing this work, the employee requires the ability to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time throughout the workday; must be able to swim and perform Life Guard duties/rescue; requires manual dexterity and vision sufficient to perform life guard duties and pool maintenance; and requires hearing and speech sufficient to understand and clearly communicate in conversations, in person and in loud disruptive environments. The employee must have adequate vision including depth perception and peripheral vision to clearly view occupants activity in swimming pool and surrounding pool area. The employee must occasionally l ift/move up to 10 pounds.
