Essential Functions
• Be a Bestway brand ambassador who reflects and promotes Bestway's commitment to have the best products at the best prices delivered by the best people in the business.
• Timely deliver, install, and demonstrate products at our customer's home in a safe and respectful manner.
• Protect all merchandise with the use of blankets, shrink wrap, and hand trucks while moving or loading product. When in doubt overprotect versus under protect.
• Have the ability to learn and develop the skill to assemble products as well as do minor touch ups, repairs, and refurbishment to ensure all products are rent ready within 48 hours.
• Build great customer relationships by utilizing communication and service skills to ensure customer retention and enhance the customer's experience during all customer interaction.
• Assist in managing customer's accounts by securing on time payments and collecting on delinquent accounts at customer's home and in the store.
• As a brand ambassador always represent yourself and your company in a professional manner.
• Complete weekly vehicle inspections ensuring proper maintenance is performed for safe driving and ensure daily that vehicles are clean and stocked with proper tools and accessories.
• Assist in maintaining the highest quality showroom presentation that creates a customer friendly sales environment.
• Be responsible for maintaining, organizing, protecting, and storing products in stock room area.
• Actively learn about the products we offer. Be a product knowledge expert.

Responsibilities
Deliver physiotherapy and rehabilitation interventions using evidence-based approaches and best practices in accordance with applicable regulatory standards and scope of practice
Carry a full orthopedic caseload of 12-15 patients per day and on average 8 new assessments per week and typically 2 follow up appointments per hour. This may include 60 minutes charting time if required, provided the 12-15 patients per day range is still attained,
Provide assessment and treatment of neuro-musculoskeletal conditions resulting mainly from sports and training injuries as well as work injuries and accidents
Obtain and document informed patient consent for assessment and treatment through an accurate explanation and instruction
Provide screening assessments, education and orthoses recommendations in a direct access setting such as CDU walk-ins
Prescribe exercises to optimally rehabilitate and prevent injuries and promote fitness
Provide manual therapy and soft tissue techniques for neuro- musculoskeletal conditions, scar tissue, muscle tension, circulatory disorders and lymphatic problems
Utilize pain management techniques that may include acupuncture (needling below the dermis);
Provide ergonomics education including the provision of on-site assessments in the patient's workplace
Provide physiotherapy related education to patients and members of the health care team in topics such as injury prevention and health promotion issues
Perform Biomechanical Foot Assessments including orthotics fitting and fabrication
Contribute to the design, preparation and provision of programs integral to the operation of the physiotherapy clinic as a member of the healthcare team for the purpose of education and rehabilitation such as programs specializing in proprioceptive rehabilitation, reintegration, or back pain self-management
Participate in ongoing management of patient care by presenting cases during inter-disciplinary meetings, attending clinical rounds, conducting patient conferences, and in scheduling additional follow-up care
Perform daily clinical documentation for all patient interactions in accordance with CF and provincial regulatory body clinical documentation and record keeping requirements
Qualifications
Current license in good standing from the province of Ontario
Must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience working in orthopedics or sports medicine and either Manual Therapy Level 1; McKenzie Part A; or Acupuncture Certification such as AFCI or Dry Needling Certification

Inventory Control Associate- PM ShiftThe team member in this position accurately maintains daily, weekly and monthly inventory levels in the WMS while maintaining proper inventory rotation and storage.
Essential Functions
Navigates through an advanced ERP System in order to successfully execute all daily aspects of the “Inbound & Outbound” inventory operations.
Creates purchase orders (pallets, airgas etc.)
Processes all recycle and destruction loads
Ensures all finished goods, raw materials and sub-assembly components are maintained as per established guidelines and procedures.
Processes all non-conforming material in Agile
Coordinates with all involved parties to ensure accurate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMA's.
Responsible for verifying true time inventory transaction records in the company's ERP system.
Completes Oracle transaction activities from Receiving into Inventory, WIP, or Non-Conforming inventories.
Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of all inventories by performing daily audits and maintaining a comprehensive Cycle Count program.
Completes Oracle transaction activities associated with material movements.
Responsible for the integrity, accuracy and control of all in house materials.
Compiles records by SKU, quantities, Sub-Inventories, and validate EBS Oracle inventories against physical counts to investigate and adjust errors in computation or count and reports reasons for discrepancies.
Maintains and compute inventory balance by running and preparing reports of inventory balances, shortages and discrepancies.
Organizes warehouse for efficient storage and material distribution per supervisor instructions.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through daily, monthly cycle counts and annual year-end physical inventories.
Assists in maintaining accurate inventory reports by sub organizations, RMA's, HFI's, and WIP.
Expired inventory disposition identification (SLOB).
Maintains product rotation and storage disciplines (FIFO).
Interacts and maintains positive relationships with all levels of leadership.
Accomplishes special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management.
Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP's and all Niagara policies and procedures.
Establishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

Our goal is to develop a surplus of Kingdom workers with the skills and experience needed for long-term ministry effectiveness. This is done through the following four key components:

Coaching/mentoring from experienced staff
Practical ministry and leadership development with a cohort of other residents
Northside U courses for continued learning.
Applicant Requirements
Residents must have a sense of calling to full-time ministry AND be 21 years of age or older. Non-Northside applicants must have a bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the area of their ministry pursuit.
Weekly Hours & Term
Altogether, residents should expect to commit a total of 25 hours per week: 16 hours per week in a specialized ministry to gain ministry experience, 2 hours of coaching/mentoring, 2 hours of development in a cohort, and approximately 5 hours of continued education. Specific work schedules are unique to each ministry. Most require weekend commitments. Residents are free to hold additional employment, provided that the residency is priority and your other employment does not interfere with residency expectations.
