Position Summary:
A Clinical Coordinator assists with the daily coordination of personnel and resources within the scope of assignment. Acts as the liaison between the nursing departments and all of the ancillary departments to promote continuity of care, optimal patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, cost efficiency and compliance.
Coordinates staff scheduling, educational/development activities, and performance evaluations.
Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of clinical services.
Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementation of QA/QI initiatives.
Serves as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to patient care, patient flow and clinical standards, policies and procedures.
Monitors departmental compliance with applicable requirements, including accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission.
Will assume required call for department when scheduled. Call will be split between other Clinical Coordinators during scheduling period.

VMware/Azure Virtualization Administrator

The Virtualization Administrator is responsible for the setup and maintenance of the IT virtual environment. This includes creating, deploying, and maintaining network, server, and storage infrastructure that relies on VMware products. The Virtualization Administrator will also be responsible for ensuring security and compliance, troubleshooting potential issues, and effectively communicating and addressing problems, as well as establish backup and recovery procedures and maintaining documentation.
In this role, you will also assist the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Helpdesk staff in providing end-user support, troubleshooting problems with Local Area Networks, license tracking, performing PC maintenance, PC upgrades, PC configurations, and other duties as required.
Responsibilities:
Implement Infrastructure:
The Virtualization Administrator is responsible for building and installing computer infrastructure, which encompasses virtual storage, hardware, servers, and virtual machines, using a VMware vSphere environment. Afterward, they configure it for production by creating user accounts, controlling access to networks, and managing storage and security settings.
Perform Maintenance:
Software must go through regular maintenance, and it's up to the Virtualization Administrator to monitor client systems daily and pinpoint problem areas. They proactively design and install upgrades, releases, and application patches. On a less frequent basis, they also update drivers, servers, and firmware with newer technology.
Provide Technical Support: To always provide technical support to clients, the Virtualization Administrator will participate in an on-call schedule with the rest of the IT staff. They must respond promptly to issues reported by clients, conducting root cause analysis and going through various testing scenarios for thorough resolution.
Recommend Solutions:
The Virtualization Administrator will participate heavily in planning the IWT infrastructure alongside IT management. This entails gathering system data, researching possible solutions, developing, and presenting their design ideas, and thoughtfully evaluating suggestions from others. In addition, they evaluate industry trends and assist in implementing standards and best practices.
Create Documentation:
The Virtualization Administrator must create and maintain documentation for all system-related processes and procedures that they're in charge of, including project requirements, changes and upgrades, implementation plans, and support tickets. Another paperwork-heavy task is creating summary reports for internal management.
Mandatory Qualifications:
-Reside in Kentucky or be willing to relocate to Kentucky upon acceptance of the job offer.
-Hands-on experience with VMware or Nutanix virtualization platforms.
-Prior experience in performing at least one server migration between data centers, ideally involving a transition from VMware to Azure Cloud.
-Proven track record of managing the Office 365 suite.
Experience overseeing Azure environments.

Supervision & Oversight:
The Superintendent manages daily drilling operations across multiple job sites, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with project expectations. This position combines hands-on field involvement with high-level oversight, monitoring jobsite operations for safety, performance, and overall work quality. The Superintendent ensures crews understand expectations and that all field activities are properly coordinated and supported.
Stakeholder Communication:
The Superintendent supports communication between the field and project leadership by providing regular updates on job progress, challenges, equipment needs, and site conditions. While not always the primary point of contact, the Superintendent may interact with customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors as needed to support field operations. Clear and timely communication with Project Managers, Directors, Safety, and Field Coordinators is essential to maintaining schedule alignment and resolving issues that arise in the field.
Site Assessment & Preparation:
The Superintendent reviews project details and verifies that documentation aligns with actual field conditions. When plans or details are incomplete, the Superintendent evaluates site conditions and develops an appropriate plan of action. Adjustments to crew assignments, equipment, and material needs are made as necessary to support successful project execution.
Safety Leadership:
The Superintendent is responsible for supporting and reinforcing JDH's safety expectations across all job sites. This includes promoting safe work practices, ensuring crews understand and follow established procedures, and helping maintain a safe and compliant work environment. The Superintendent collaborates with Safety personnel on training, observations, and any corrective actions needed, ensuring that safety remains a consistent priority throughout project operations.
Team Development:
The Superintendent provides ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to drillers, foremen, and laborers. This includes reinforcing proper work practices, drilling techniques, and equipment operation. The ability to foster positive labor relations and promote a cohesive, professional field team is an important aspect of the position.
Equipment & Jobsite Support:
The Superintendent monitors the condition, readiness, and general upkeep of drilling rigs and support equipment. Working with leadership, the Superintendent coordinates maintenance, repairs, and equipment logistics to ensure operational uptime. The Superintendent is also responsible for ensuring jobsites remain organized, clean, and secure at the end of each shift.

EVALUATION:
• Evaluated annually by the Food Service Director in accordance with classified personnel standards.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate;
• Food Manager's Certification;
• Completion of mandatory annual training requirements as prescribed in 7 CFR parts 210 and 235.
