What's the role?
Jellyvision is looking for an Account Manager who is charged with engaging and supporting our growing list of customers. You'll directly support a group of customers and their reseller/broker partners, with the ultimate goal of retaining our customers and helping them make the most of their ALEX platform. You'll own a book of business consisting of about 250 customers, where you'll be responsible for guiding them through the path to renewing their business with Jellyvision each year. This is a quota carrying role.
What you'll do to be successful
Lead the charge on customer success and growth strategies for your book of customers, which involves:
Collaborating with reseller or broker partner and providing input on customer strategy
Identifying features prime for customer adoption and spearheading that effort
Qualifying intent with regard to annual renewals
Communicating in lockstep with customers and partners
Leading certain milestone calls (e.g. license kickoff, marketing support)
Ad hoc administrative and sales support
Selling to accounts with growth opportunities
Running ALEX demos and pitches with consultative question asking
Guiding customers through marketing strategies and analytics analysis
Collaborating with the customer's implementation/reseller/broker partner to strengthen the customer relationship
Uncover opportunities with partners to refer new business to other sales team
Respond to ad-hoc customer questions regarding marketing initiatives, analytics support, and general inquiries
Create and maintain a stellar organization system for yourself and your team
Listen and analyze customer calls to share best practices across the broader team
Report to designated manager to strategize more effective and creative touchpoints
Utilize Salesforce, Outreach, group inbox system (Front App), Office 365, G Suite, Looker, LinkedIn Sales Navigator with proficiency
We'll measure success by retention rates, upsells ID'd, meetings set/held, net new prospects, and Outreach task completions.
Experience & skills you'll need
3+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, ideally within the insurance or insurtech space.
Some nice-to-haves we're on the lookout for
Experience as a salesperson at a brokerage firm or insurance carrier.
An understanding of the employee benefits landscape and current market trends.

What you'll achieve in your first six months:
Conduct an assessment of the current state of marketing & publishing analytics at PlayStation, identifying opportunities to enhance support for both single player and live service games.

What we're looking for:

Proven track record designing and building data models that serve portfolio level marketing and publishing needs.
Hands-on experience building and operationalizing models such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution, customer LTV forecasting, sentiment analysis (NLP), and churn / retention prediction.
Expert at translating complex business requirements into scalable, robust analytics solutions, particularly in marketing and publishing domains.
Strong Technical expertise in the field of Analytics Engineering
Extensive experience writing and optimizing analytical SQL (OLAP) queries for databases such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
Demonstrable expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining data models with tools such as dbt or SQLMesh.
Commitment to test-driven analytics engineering (unit, expectation, anomaly detection) and data governance across teams.
Strong proficiency in Python, AWS ecosystem (Glue, Athena, Redshift), Git, and orchestration frameworks such as Airflow.
Bonus points for:
Familiarity with AAA game publishing cycles and modern console analytics.
A degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

PlayStation Studios Mobile (PSSM) is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst to support a growing slate of mobile games. This role will be part of a central team tasked with driving the commercial success of a portfolio of games. PSSM's Sr. Data Analyst will own key data initiatives that will uncover insights to drive the optimization of live games and the creation of new games.
The ideal candidate will have a background in free-to-play analytics, a proven track record of contributing to successful titles, and a deep passion for the gaming industry. Data assignments will include virtual economy and player progression analysis, and the creation of predictive models related to player engagement and acquisition. Role Responsibilities
Work with internal studios and external partners on in-development projects to ensure analytics schemas are comprehensive, optimized and implemented on time.
Proactively uncover hidden insights that will shape and improve the experience of our games for millions of players around the world.
Lead data projects from start to finish. i.e. lead the definition of key questions and objectives based on each game's unique requirements, extract data via SQL or similar, ensure data quality and accuracy, organize and visualize complex data, and crystallize insights that are actionable by stakeholders.
Prioritize an extensive roadmap of research projects, in collaboration with product managers and designers, providing the necessary insights to empower game teams when they are needed.
Lead the automation of repetitive analytics tasks (e.g. KPI Reports, Market Data Reports etc.) to ensure bandwidth is protected for deep research and special projects.
Partner with existing data teams, across platform and studio businesses as needed to support individual workstreams, and to gather and share best practices across PlayStation.
Ensure that PlayStation is at the forefront of Game Analytics and Business Intelligence as a discipline by uncovering and advocating for the latest technologies and methodologies as they emerge.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
5+ years professional experience as a Game Data Analyst, Data Scientist or similar in the free-to-play mobile space, with a proven track record of optimizing successful games.
Expertise in the areas of Analytics Implementation, Player Progression, Virtual Economy and Pricing Optimization, AB test design and User Acquisition Analytics.

As a technical leader within Product Security, you'll guide practices and influence multiple teams to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead security initiatives across the SDLC and improve development practices through scalable automation.
Conduct and guide threat modeling and security requirements early in design phases.
Partner with developers, architects, and product managers to align business goals with security needs.
Lead security architecture and code reviews for distributed systems.
Perform hands-on testing to identify risks and drive remediation with vulnerability and incident response teams.
Advance the Product Security strategy through multi-functional initiatives and cultural influence.
Balance business and security risks through technically grounded, pragmatic recommendations.
Translate lessons learned into reusable organizational assets that enhance overall security posture.
Mentor engineers and practitioners, promoting secure-by-default thinking and shared accountability.
Demonstrate proactive leadership, coordinating teams to deliver measurable security and business impact.
Qualifications
7+ years in information security and 3+ years in software development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Effective communication and leadership abilities; capable of influencing technical and non-technical collaborators including management.
Dedicated and proactive, finding opportunities and leading initiatives independently.
Deep understanding of enterprise and cloud-native architectures and their secure design.
Expertise in network and web protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, HTTPS, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect) and common attack vectors.
Proven expertise in guiding security development and code evaluations and providing actionable, risk-based recommendations.
Skilled in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, JavaScript, Python) and mitigating vulnerabilities such as OWASP Top 10.
Experience integrating SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
Familiar with Agile, DevOps, and modern delivery practices.
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, service mesh, CDN) including secure configuration and identity management.
Desired Experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attacker perspective - able to anticipate and simulate real-world attacks.
Experience in penetration testing, automated testing, or testing frameworks (JUnit, pytest, REST Assured, Playwright).
Security certifications preferred (GIAC, OSCP, CEH, CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent).

This is a flexible role that can be remote, with varying pay ranges based on geographic location. For example, if you are based out of Seattle, the estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.$177,300-$265,900 USD
