Jellyvision is looking for an Account Manager who is charged with engaging and supporting our growing list of customers. You'll directly support a group of customers and their reseller/broker partners, with the ultimate goal of retaining our customers and helping them make the most of their ALEX platform. You'll own a book of business consisting of about 250 customers, where you'll be responsible for guiding them through the path to renewing their business with Jellyvision each year. This is a quota carrying role. What you'll do to be successful Lead the charge on customer success and growth strategies for your book of customers, which involves: Collaborating with reseller or broker partner and providing input on customer strategy Identifying features prime for customer adoption and spearheading that effort Qualifying intent with regard to annual renewals Communicating in lockstep with customers and partners Leading certain milestone calls (e.g. license kickoff, marketing support) Ad hoc administrative and sales support Selling to accounts with growth opportunities Running ALEX demos and pitches with consultative question asking Guiding customers through marketing strategies and analytics analysis Collaborating with the customer's implementation/reseller/broker partner to strengthen the customer relationship Uncover opportunities with partners to refer new business to other sales team Respond to ad-hoc customer questions regarding marketing initiatives, analytics support, and general inquiries Create and maintain a stellar organization system for yourself and your team Listen and analyze customer calls to share best practices across the broader team Report to designated manager to strategize more effective and creative touchpoints Utilize Salesforce, Outreach, group inbox system (Front App), Office 365, G Suite, Looker, LinkedIn Sales Navigator with proficiency We'll measure success by retention rates, upsells ID'd, meetings set/held, net new prospects, and Outreach task completions. Experience & skills you'll need 3+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, ideally within the insurance or insurtech space. What you'll do to be successful 1.) Channel Engagement and Partnership Drive the proactive identification, qualification, and acquisition of net-new benefits brokers and consultants within the assigned geographic territory to significantly expand Jellyvision's channel footprint. Work closely with newly onboarded broker producers and account executives, serving as the primary resource to embed our benefits technology solution into their go-to-market strategy. This includes running joint proposals, conducting value proposition coaching, and ensuring a successful launch. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a network of key existing broker partners, maximizing qualified referrals and co-selling opportunities to ensure sustained channel revenue growth. Develop and execute an outreach strategy for new channel partners, consistently tracking progress and results in the CRM to inform future growth initiatives. 2.)
