The competent Nurse, in the same or similar clinical setting, practices independently and demonstrates an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. Provides routine and complex care, with the ability to on long-range goals or plans. Continues to develop the ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing. Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers as a means to help manage the clinical situation.
Responsibilities:

Using the appropriate protocol, administers medications and treatments; monitors for side-effects and effectiveness of the treatment prescribed.

Summary/Objective
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the location's Crop Protection warehouse, from maintaining adequate level inventory and frequent spot checks when filling orders to assure that shrink is held to a minimum.
Essential Functions
* Manages the warehouse and storage facility in compliance of OSHA,DOT,EPA, and EHS guidelines
* Directs the pickup of products on site from customers as well as any deliveries to be made
* Trains, motivates, and evaluates warehouse personnel, loader operators, applicator operators and truck drivers on the safe and efficient use of equipment and vehicles
* Receives and inspects all incoming products for quantity, quality, and condition of product
* Develops and maintains local emergency procedures and fire prevention programs and trains location personnel in proper response procedures
* Monitors product inventory and continuously works with GreenPoint Ag wholesale distribution and other retail facilities to transfer/receive product; orders product, verifies accuracy and condition of product received
* Coordinates with sales representatives to effectively manage walk-in customers and in-store sales
* Maintains a high level of expertise to establish themselves as a reliable and credible source for agronomic knowledge
* Maintains inventory by processing purchase orders, receivers, and matching with Winfield invoices
