Micromanagement. Hourly workers are greatly under paid. Management is very very very stingy with wages.

It is very bad .
Paying hourly employees a compensation that would keep good employees
Just being myself.
Compensation is terrible. Minimum wage hikes are your raises.
Very cliqueish.

With complete honesty, Nothing at all
Mainly the people and the schedule. You have to work 24/7 everyday of the year. You don't even get Sundays off and for a Dealership to stay open on Sunday is Illegal for other places. I'm extremely strong in my religion and I go to church but this job cuts into your whole life.
