Requirements Duties and Responsibilities Cutting and preparing materials required for the winding process Insert Nomax into the stators prior to the winding crew beginning their work Assist with basic setup and staging of components for the winding team Help maintain an efficient workflow by completing pre-winding tasks promptly and accurately Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with industry standards Support with basic tasks such as parts washing and component cleaning Assist with organizing parts and keeping work areas stocked with needed materials Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
