    ODLC seeks an Attorney to provide high quality legal advocacy and representation for people with disabilities, consistent with ODLC priorities. The Staff Attorney will handle a caseload that may include individual matters, complex cases, and systemic advocacy, including representation in administrative proceedings and in state and federal court. This position works collaboratively with attorneys, investigators, and advocates and may provide direction and supervision to non-attorney advocates as needed. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities* * Provide legal advice, counseling, negotiation, and representation to ODLC clients in administrative proceedings and court. * Maintain an active caseload of individual and or complex matters and manage cases to timely resolution consistent with ODLC standards and professional responsibility requirements. * Conduct client interviews and fact development, obtain and review records, and perform legal research and analysis. * Draft high-quality written work product, including demand letters, legal memoranda, administrative filings, pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documents. * Participate in hearings and other proceedings as needed.
