Benefits are terrible you have to use pto no sick days. If you're off on a holiday you have to use pto. Insurance is terrible but crazy expensive. Pay is way less than other hospitals. Management doesn't care if you're having mental health issues they will scream at you.

Me.Bird might care however he is stretched so thin he doesn't know half of what goes on.
Management not talking about employees to other employees.
I had all of my certificates and qualifications ready.
Pay is anywhere for $4 dollars or more less than other health care organizations or hospitals.
They really don't care about the employees.
