Qualifications: * Typically between 3 - 6 years of experience trading derivatives and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Degree in Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics, CFA preferred. * Strong understanding on equity market structure, index mechanics, and derivative instruments. * Series 7, 63, and 55 licenses. * Attention to detail - exceptional numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: * Proficiency in programming in Python, SQL, or VBA preferred. * Exposure to index rebalancing, corporate action handling, or portfolio transition management. * Experience with risk models, transaction cost analysis, and execution management system.
