You are responsible for guiding the Technicians towards troubleshooting. You are also a facilitator to the Technicians, where you share your machine knowledge. Essential Functions/Key Deliverables Machine & Operation Operating any of the machines of your process area: Front End, Deco, or Back End, taking into consideration such things as type of material tolerances to be held, types of cutting tools, coolants, lubricants, and machine tool speeds and feeds. Adjusting the process when necessary, ensuring a constant and stable production process. Ensuring the consistency of the quality during the production run in accordance with the quality specifications, production performance standards, SOPs (standard operating procedures), work instructions, and sampling plan. Inspect, clean, report, and execute the Autonomous Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance plan according to the Maintenance strategy. Assist the Techs as needed. Recognizing symptoms of malfunctioning on the machine during the shift, make proper diagnosis, adjust/repair using troubleshooting guidelines solving them, and escalate them when is needed. Read and interpret computer information system reports. Work from verbal or written instructions to determine a need for and plan to: repair, overhaul, setup and operate on the type of equipment(s) mentioned above. Actively involved in daily changeovers.
