I like the odor of the store is a great person when it comes to knowing his employees, but I feel like he should change hourly rates, especially for full-time workers

When I am at work, the best joy that I have is coming from customers. I just love talking to people and just try to get by the day.

Advancement opportunities and training towards management opportunities

I have been there for about 2 years, and some of my closest friends that I have now, I met while working there. They are extremely flexible when it comes to scheduling and also totally understanding about anything you have going on outside of work like family, friends, school, and/or your mental health.

The only complaint I would I have is that they do hire a lot of kids still in high school or right out of high school, which means that there is occasionally some drama.

I would have to say that it's the amount of hours I get. I've been there for as long as I have and I've always been a pretty reliable employee so whenever I go to the manager about how I was kind of cheated by the amount of hours I got that week, usually within a week or two they give me more like I asked.
