Job Description
Clean tables by removing soiled dishes, silverware, glassware, and refuse and wiping table top and seats. Set up tables according to established standards. Receive and fulfill beverage orders.
Greet guests seated in assigned station.
Receive and fulfill/refill drink orders from guests.
Remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tub (approx. 40 lbs. in weight) in a timely manner.

What You'll Do:
Our bussers set the stage for a memorable meal, ensuring our dining rooms are sparkling clean and guests have everything they need. Youll move like lightning to get tables ready for the next guests and watch their faces light up when you bring a fresh basket of our famous brown bread and butter. Youll also support our servers by refilling drinks and clearing plates in between courses.

Job Summary: The Busser is primarily responsible for clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables for the next guest. Secondary responsibilities include assisting servers in providing excellent guest service, and the proper maintenance, stocking, and cleaning of side stations, floors, furniture, and restrooms.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Cleaning and sweeping the dining areas of the restaurant, cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting each table for the next guest, taking out the garbage, stocking stations with necessary supplies, and cleaning the bathrooms.
Anticipate guests' and coworkers' needs and exceed guest service expectations.
Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Respond urgently and appropriately to guests' and coworkers' needs.
Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms.
Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems.
Concludes the guest experience by acknowledging choice of establishment and inviting patrons to return.
Complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at end of shift.
