The District Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Restaurant Operation in their assigned portfolio. Marketing execution, Daily Operations, Selection, Training and Development of their teams…and Delivering financials results. The District Manager attends and leads bi-weekly meetings, works with the Director of Finance, the Director of Human Resources, the Director of Training, and the Managing Partner to ensure the business is operating properly and growing. The DM candidate will need to successfully complete our 8-12 Training program…then successfully operate one restaurant for 3- 6 months (meeting all criteria and objectives). This will earn the candidate to opportunity to interview for an Open District Manager position. Position summary: The Multi-Unit Manager coordinates and supports all activities within the assigned geographic area. Selects, Trains, Coaches and Supports General Managers.
