Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Field Team Leader to join our expanding operations. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry, preferably with multi-unit experience.
Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff effectively.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and customer service.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling.
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Flexibility to travel frequently to various Jersey Mike's locations.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality management are a plus.
