JESCO company history timeline

1959

Building upon its commercial construction experience, J. E. Staub & Company was awarded its first major industrial project in 1959 by Pennsylvania Tire and Rubber Company, Tupelo, Mississippi.

1970

JESCO Co., LTD. was established in August 1970 in Hoya City (now Nishitokyo City), Tokyo, for the purpose of engaging in the electrical equipment construction business.

1973

In 1973, J. E. Staub & Company changed its name to JESCO, Inc.

1999

Since 1999, JESCO has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Yates Companies, a perennial Engineering News Record Top 25 Contractor.

2004

The Company subsequently became a holding company in a corporate separation implemented in September 2004 and changed its name to JESCO Holdings, Inc.

2005

In 2005, Bonny DesJardin became the third generation and first woman to run the company.

2018

JESCO CNS VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED to be established in January 2018
