What We're Looking For * A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education * A valid driver's license and a strong sense of responsibility * Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above) * A courteous, respectful attitude and a reliable work ethic * Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience * Direct line and ramp experience preferred, but not required * Willingness to work flexible hours - rain or shine * Must be able to handle the demands of an active, on-the-move role * A strong eye for quality and a natural focus on customer service * The ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure * Someone who takes pride in doing things right, enjoys working outdoors Your Role * From assisting crew members to welcoming high-profile clients, you'll ensure every flight is supported with care and precision. Your responsibilities include: * Safely handling aircraft ground operations, including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment. * Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities. * Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness. * Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues. Day to Day Operations * Handle ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards * Provide porter services - delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers * Assist with aircraft movements, including towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting * Operate ground support equipment (GPU, water, lavatory services, etc.) with care and precision * Keep things stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties * Support a strong safety-first culture by actively participating in safety and quality programs * Report any hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to keep operations smooth and safe Additional Details At Jet Aviation we believe in selecting the best candidates through a comprehensive and thoughtful process.
