This role is on-site, working from our concierge style Fixed Based Operator (FBO) location in Scottsdale, AZ where you will be right at the heart of the action. As a key member of the FBO team, you will work closely with clients, passengers, crew, and fellow team members, providing an exceptional experience and ensuring smooth operations for each flight. In addition, this position may perform as Qualified Inspector (QI); completes accurate and timely documentation; and communicates and interacts with customers regarding aircraft technical issues. Troubleshoots, repairs, test, removes and replaces avionics and instrument wiring and systems installed in various airframes using hand tools, test equipment, technical documents, and technical reference materials. Enters description of work completed on the work order and properly documents removal and installation of aircraft parts and components according to approved data and Duncan Aviation approved procedures. 3.
