Robert Cannon "Robin" Hayes (born August 14, 1945) is an American politician and businessman from North Carolina. A member of the Republican Party, he represented North Carolina's 8th congressional district in the House of Representatives from 1999 to 2009, and was the Republican nominee for Governor of North Carolina in 1996. Hayes served as chairman of the North Carolina Republican Party from 2011 to 2013, and from 2016 to 2019. Accused in a bribery scheme in 2019, Hayes pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI. On January 20, 2021, Hayes was pardoned by President Donald Trump.

Dave Clark is a Chief People Officer at JetBlue Airways and VP, HR at NIKE, INC. and is based in New York, New York. He has worked as Director, HR at PROCTER & GAMBLE CO. Dave studied at Lincoln High School between 1972 and 1975 and West Point-United States Military Academy between 1975 and 1979.

Joanna Geraghty is president & chief operating officer of JetBlue, responsible for the airline’s safety, operations and commercial performance including network, brand and marketing and revenue management.

Joanna’s focus is on delivering a leading and safe customer service experience, and enhancing operational and commercial performance while nurturing JetBlue’s unique culture and standing as one of the best places to work.

Prior to being named president & COO, she served as JetBlue’s executive vice president, customer experience, responsible for airports, customer support, and inflight service. She served as executive vice president, chief people officer from 2010-2014, after serving as vice president, associate general counsel and director, litigation and regulatory affairs. Joanna has been with JetBlue airline since 2005.

Joanna is board director of the JetBlue Foundation and chairperson of the board of Concern Worldwide, an international not-for-profit. Before joining JetBlue, she was a partner at the law firm Holland & Knight.

She received her bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross, her master’s in international relations from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, and her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.

Clements joined JetBlue with more than a decade at Southwest Airlines, where she led the company-wide technology initiative to enable all commercial and operational capabilities for the carrier’s first-ever international expansion. During her time at Southwest Airlines, Clements also held leadership roles in e-commerce, reservations and loyalty technology, and business intelligence. More recently, Clements served as chief technology officer for Pizza Hut. Under her leadership, the Pizza Hut team leveraged technology innovation to drive significant increases in digital and mobile sales, deliver a more frictionless and personalized customer experience, and improve restaurant operating efficiency.

Tracy Lawlor is chief strategy and business development officer for JetBlue.

In her role, Lawlor is responsible for developing enterprise strategy and leading the airline-wide, long-term business planning process that positions JetBlue to achieve its financial, operational, customer and culture goals. Additionally, she is responsible for driving enhanced earnings by extending and building on the strong JetBlue brand through several strategic development initiatives.

Lawlor joined JetBlue in 2001 as a senior financial analyst and has held a number of finance leadership roles, culminating as vice president, financial planning and analysis. She is also the chair of the board of JSX, an innovative, independent regional airline based in Dallas.

Prior to joining JetBlue, Lawlor worked in the corporate offices of The TJX Companies, Inc., parent of T.J. Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
