What You'll Do Strategy & Planning Develop and execute an enterprise-wide social media strategy that supports corporate objectives, brand positioning, and business priorities. Targeted & Localized Strategy Partner with office and regional teams to develop and manage localized content and campaigns. Performance Measurement & Optimization Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and share of voice. Analyze campaign performance to continually improve content strategy and ROI. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None What You'll Bring Proven track record of developing and implementing successful organic social media strategies. Strong understanding of content strategy, community management, and social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.). Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for brand tone and visual consistency.
