Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Handle customer requests, answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in accordance with established service standards and standard operating procedures, providing exceptional customer service.
Troubleshoot customer system issues to find appropriate solutions for their unique situations.

Recreate customer system issues to find appropriate solutions for their unique situations.
Monitor the shipping email inbox and respond to customer inquiries.

What Is the Opportunity?
This position performs a variety of routine paralegal duties and legal administrative duties for assigned attorneys, many of which are unique to a legal environment and require a working knowledge of legal concepts, terminology, and processes. The position is available in multiple locations and will support our field risk control staff and underwriting business partners to write and retain profitable business. **What Is the Opportunity?**
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for investigating, evaluating, reserving, negotiating and resolving assigned serious and complex Life Science medical products, clinical trial and pharmaceutical bodily injury claims, as well as General Liability Coverage B claims and E&O claims involving Life Sciences insureds. **What Will You Do?**
+ CLAIM HANDLING:
+ Directly handle assigned severe/complex Life Science medical products, clinical trial and pharmaceutical bodily injury claims, as well as General Liability Coverage B claims and E&O claims involving Life Sciences insureds.
+ Provide quality customer service and ensure file quality, timely coverage analysis and communication with insured based on application of policy information to facts or allegations of each case.
+ Consult with Manager on use of Claim Coverage Counsel as needed.
+ Directly investigate each claim through prompt and strategically-appropriate contact with appropriate parties such as policyholders, accounts, claimants, law enforcement agencies, witnesses, agents, medical providers and technical experts to determine the extent of liability, damages, and contribution potential. Interview witnesses and stakeholders; take necessary statements, as strategically appropriate.

+ Utilize evaluation documentation tools in accordance with department guidelines.
+ Proactively review Evaluation Tool for adherence to quality standards and trend analysis.

* 3+ years of experience working with financial systems and integrating with various ERP systems (ideally Workday)
* 3+ years of experience with Azure, AWS or GCP Public cloud platforms
* 3+ years of experience with automated testing including Unit, Integration, and End-to-End testing
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
Location: Home Office, US Based, Eastern or Central time zones preferred
Annual Salary
$115,000.00 - $230,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
