Job Summary:
Under the direction of head operator or supervisor, Auxiliary Operators operate and monitor auxiliary equipment and systems that support the safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally sound production of electricity.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
* Recognizes safety hazards and follows safety guidelines.
* Operate, inspect, and monitor in a safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally sound manner steam power plant equipment including (i.e. steam generators, turbines, generators, auxiliary equipment and systems, environmental control process equipment, and water treatment systems).
* Observe variations in operating conditions and interpret meter and gauge readings.
* Monitor and record data available through the use of various instruments, recording charts, annunciator systems and other monitoring devices onto shift logs as directed by plant operational procedures.

Working Conditions:

Is this role for you?
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in process, planning, or production engineering roles.
Experience with liquid or batch manufacturing processes preferred.
Strong understanding of production scheduling, equipment maintenance, and process optimization.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems for production planning.
Hands-on, pragmatic, and resourceful problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Full-time, on-site in Fairfield, TX.
Fast-paced, high-accountability environment with a collaborative, team-first culture.
Must be comfortable working in a factory setting with physical plant walk-throughs and direct equipment interaction.

Grounds Maintenance / Handyman
Fairfield, TX
Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and good driving record. Duties will include running a weedeater/line trimmer, hedge trimmer and occasionally, a mower.
Be prepared for hard, hot, outside work in the summer.
Starting pay is $15 / hour.
Other duties include basic building and facilities maintenance.
Strong interpersonal skills a must.
