The Van Driver/Chaperone is responsible for the safe and timely transport and chaperoning of elementary students ages 5-12. This position is classified as Non-Exempt and does not offer a benefits package. The hours are from 12-4PM, or 2-6PM, Monday through Friday. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help children in boarding and exiting vehicle.
Follow scheduled routes, chartered routes and requests from management for unscheduled pick-ups or drop-offs.
Able to communicate consistently in a clear and courteous manner.
Report accidents, safety situations, vehicle condition, or damage to the Youth and Teen Director.
Able to problem solve and make sound decisions.
Keep the bus clean and maintained.
Obey all traffic laws and demonstrate careful and safe-driving procedures at all times.
Save daily driving logs, including mileage, passengers and gas receipts.
Pick up the van in the JCC parking lot for scheduled shifts. The keys remain at the JCC when the van is not in use.
REQUIREMENTS:
Availability to work a flexible schedule, up to 20 hours per week, with an occasional maximum of 29 hours.
Have a current valid Texas driver's license, and over the age of 23.
Own and maintain an official clean motor vehicle record.
Possess knowledge of the local area.
Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Maintain professional appearance.
Share a commitment to the success of the mission, goals, and objectives of the JCC.

· Team coaching includes taking gymnasts to competitions and having the ability to coach compulsories through early optionals (Levels 1-3 and Xcel).
· Set up & clean up equipment on a daily basis for classes and teams.
· Assist with training new employees.
· Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the gymnastics area, and submit maintenance & housekeeping requests. Do safety checks and make recommendations for new equipment as needed.

The LKSA Swim Instructor will report to the LKSA Managing Director and will instruct lessons in the Swim Right Method curriculum of the Lenny Krayzelburg Swim Academy at the Dallas JCC. RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Instruct swim lessons in the Swim Right Method
· Adhere to LKSA policies and procedures

· Maintain safety and work as part of the aquatics safety team
REQUIREMENTS:
· Previous experience in swim instruction preferred
· 40+ Hour Swim Right Method training included
· 2 weeks of training and shadowing with senior LKSA staff

This includes 10 & Under initiatives, developmental clinics, competitive junior academies, USTA junior team tennis, private and semi-private lessons, break programs, youth tournaments and summer camp. The position oversees a structured progression including Red Ball, Orange Ball, Green Ball, and Tournament Level instruction. The position focuses on player development, participant safety, facility usage, and building strong relationships with both junior players and their parents while working collaboratively with the Director of Racquet Sports and other departments. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide day-to-day instruction and leadership across the full junior pathway: Red Ball (low-compression), Orange Ball, Green Ball, and Tournament Level training.
Assist the Director of Racquet Sports with the marketing and evaluation of all junior programs to maximize enrollment and retention.
Coordinate court scheduling to ensure proper equipment setups (mini-nets, varied ball types, and court dimensions) for each specific developmental stage.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child's progression through the Red-to-Green pathway and transition into tournament-level play.
Manage junior program data within the JCC CRM, including roster management, billing for enrichment classes, and tracking student advancement.
Maintain required professional certifications, including USPTA/PTR, SafePlay, CPR, and First Aid.
Serve as a high-energy, positive role model, fostering a love for the game in young children while maintaining discipline and safety.
Monitor equipment inventory (specifically the specialized balls and nets for GECC and Red Ball programs) to ensure everything is in good repair.
Collaborate with GECC staff and other JCC departments to ensure seamless transitions for students attending enrichment classes during the school day.
Participate in racquet sports department meetings and JCC-wide staff initiatives to support a collaborative "one-agency" culture.
TENNIS CAMP RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct Service Oversight of Tennis Summer Camp.
Interviewing, hiring, training, and supervision of part-time/contract coaches and counselors. Training staff and contractors to work appropriately with all age groups to provide a safe and secure program, to maintain a positive attitude when dealing with members and other staff, and to be customer service oriented.
Train all staff to work appropriately with children, maintain a safe and secure environment, and ensure a high level of customer service when interacting with parents and members.
Responsible for the development of camp budget; monitor and reconcile all financial reports to ensure the program meets revenue and expense goals.
Working with Camp Administrator, manage camp registration, including roster changes, and waitlists.
Ensure all paperwork, such as product requests, payment forms, and purchase orders, are submitted in a timely manner.
Be knowledgeable across all camp technologies including but not limited to Avocado, CampDoc, The Camp App and Avocado.
Maintain statistics on camp attendance and survey participant satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement. Ensure all camp activities adhere to JCC safety guidelines and health protocols.
Attend all camp director meetings.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree and or equivalent relevant experience in tennis instruction, programming, or management.
Certification as a tennis teaching professional.
Experience working with adult players across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and evolving environment.
Demonstrated creativity, energy, and initiative with a commitment to delivering high quality adult programs.
Reliable attendance and punctuality to support consistent program operations.
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making.
