POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Business Office Manager, the Payroll and Billing Coordinator provides administrative support for the payroll and billing operations for Seniors At Home, with 60-70% of the role focused on payroll‑related responsibilities. This includes assisting with weekly payroll preparation and data entry, reviewing and verifying weekly time and attendance records, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and responding to payroll questions in a timely and professional manner. The role helps ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing in coordination with HR and Finance.
In addition to payroll responsibilities, the Payroll and Billing Coordinator also supports client billing and insurance submission activities, assists with revenue‑related data entry and basic reconciliations, and provides general business office and administrative support for the SAH program and JFCS headquarters.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (depending on experience)

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews and processes weekly timesheet data for approximately 250 homecare workers and personal assistants, ensuring accurate recording of work hours at the appropriate pay and bill rates
Works closely with Staffing Coordinators, Homecare Managers, HR Representatives/Payroll team, homecare workers, and personal assistants to reconcile all payroll questions or discrepancies, ensuring that all payroll‑related issues are addressed in coordination with the HR Business Partner and that responses are provided as directed by the HR Business Partner and the Business Office Manager
In coordination with the Business Office Manager, works with department supervisors and homecare staff to improve compliance with billing procedures, including but not limited to: incomplete timesheet data, unverified client visits, billing and pay rates, opening and closing of paperwork
Assists with the preparation of invoices for all client charges across Seniors At Home program components
Manages billing for long‑term care insurance, including pulling invoices, preparing weekly care logs, coding and reconciling invoices, and ensuring compliance with insurance processes
Generates payroll and billing reports for interdepartmental communication or processing (e.g., stipend reports, training reports, billing and payroll dashboards) and prepares additional monthly and quarterly reports as requested by the Business Office Manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Business, Communication, or related is strongly preferred
A minimum of 3 years of full‑time experience in payroll processing in a high‑volume, detail‑oriented environment
Hands‑on experience with basic billing or invoicing process
Experience with database management or data tracking systems preferred
Basic knowledge of California payroll practices and wage‑and‑hour requirements, including overtime, meal/rest periods, and accurate timekeeping, or the ability to learn these quickly with guidance
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required
Experience with CRM platforms, and/or case management software preferred

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Internship Description
As a Pre-Doctoral Trainee, you will be providing group and individual services to patients hospitalized at API and in 4 outpatient programs. You will administer psychological testing and write comprehensive psychological assessments. Additionally, you will conduct danger to self or danger to other assessments, addictive disorders assessments and behavior plans when appropriate. You are assigned to a rotating pod. The pods rotate to all 4 outpatient programs and a testing rotation. You will be provided with individual supervision, didactic training, and group supervision weekly.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
A MA degree in Counseling, Psychology or Marriage and Family Therapy.
You must be enrolled in a PhD or PsyD program.
Must be enrolled in a practicum class through your respective University at the same time you are accruing trainee hours for graduation.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Adult Day Health Care Program Director, the Bilingual Social Worker leads and delivers the social services component of the L'Chaim ADHC program. As a core member of the interdisciplinary team, this role is responsible for psychosocial assessments, care planning, counseling, case management, documentation, and coordination of services in compliance with ADHC/CBAS and Title 22 requirements.
The Bilingual Social Worker also provides professional oversight and support to social work assistants and program aides, ensuring high-quality, person-centered, and compliant service delivery. This position plays a critical role in supporting participant well-being, regulatory compliance, and program excellence.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Salary Range: $95,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide counseling, care management, and referrals to community resources

Support discharge planning and transitions when participants are no longer appropriate for services
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in the electronic health record
Ensure all social services records meet Title 22, ADHC/CBAS, and agency standards
Identify and report suspected abuse in accordance with mandated reporter laws; Document all reports and follow-up actions appropriately
Provide professional leadership and guidance to social work assistants and program aides
Participate in hiring, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of assigned staff
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Russian language fluency required
Candidates must meet one of the following:
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
Master's degree in psychology, counseling, gerontology, or related field, plus at least one year of relevant social services experience
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California
MSW and license-eligible or licensed in California preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of clinical casework experience serving older adults
Experience in Adult Day Health Care, healthcare, or community-based social services preferred
Experience working with frail older adults and complex medical and psychosocial needs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, or a related field required (Master's preferred)

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary care team. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct initial nutrition assessments and six-month reassessments for all participants; update individualized care plans
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to address participant dietary needs
Document all assessments, care plans, and changes in compliance with Title 22 regulations
Monitor significant changes in participant nutritional status and adjust plans as needed
Oversee food service operations, including monthly caterer site inspections and menu reviews
Verify therapeutic diets, substitutions, and cultural or linguistic dietary needs
Perform food quality and safety checks to ensure CACFP compliance
Provide quarterly nutrition education classes and individualized counseling to participants
Deliver annual nutrition and food safety training to program staff
Foster strong relationships with participants, caregivers, and community partners to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD eligible; bachelor's degree in nutrition required; master's degree preferred
2+ years' experience with older adults or community health programs as a Dietitian, conducting nutritional assessments, coaching, and counseling clients
Current BLS and First Aid certification required
Previous experience in CACFP administrative reviews for program compliance is required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support frail or disabled adults
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records
