Position Summary:

POSITION SUMMARY: A Patient Financial Counselor offers financial advice and assistance to patients regarding medical bills. They are the liaison between patients and their insurance companies; often coordinating payments and answering questions from both parties. JOB DUTIES:
Review daily IP and OP admissions that are private pay.
Work at a minimum of 20 accounts per day. This includes making at a minimum of 20 phone contacts per day to assist patients with financial alternatives.
Assist in registering patients or admitting patients when needed.
Responsible for financially clearing patients at intake or OP registration to obtain cash payment or determine eligibility for various governmental programs.
Conduct interview with patients and / or family members; educate about payment options and financial assistance.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of the Director of Hospital Plant Operations is to provide leadership to the Plant Operations Department at the facility by actively directing and supporting the Plant Operations Departments at each hospital with all work related to the physical plant and ancillary systems, engineering, grounds, security, and safety. The programs supported include, but are not limited to, hazardous materials, law and insurance regulations, buildings, grounds, equipment and occupant safety. All duties to be done in accordance with Joint Commission, Federal and State regulations, the State Department of Public Health, Oceans' Mission, policies and procedures, and QAPI Standards. This role also provides guidance on construction/remodeling projects upon direction from organizational leadership. The Director presents a positive image of the hospital to patients, visitors, physicians and the public. Oversees the Housekeeping department and works hand-in-hand with the Environment of Care Director on Hospital projects.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 5 years in Facilities Management required; preferred Healthcare experience.
Experience in management/supervision of a Plant Operations Department including (EVS, Security, Grounds, Biomed, etc.)

Position Summary:
Initial psychiatric evaluations
Work collaboratively with other disciplines to create individualized treatment plans
Develop appropriated medication regiment based on the patient's history and symptoms
Working closely with the patient and program staff to help enhance medication adherence through client staff education, one-to-one and/or group interventions with the patient and monitoring the medication procedures in place at the respective program
Facilitating patient linkage to community-based Primary Care providers
Communicating and working with other community-based physicians
Education:
License in the state of PA as a MD or DO, specializing in Psychiatry
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Experience:
At least two years' experience working as an MD/DO with mental health adult population in an acute care setting preferred.
Experience with the facility population strongly desired.
Strong background in pharmacology with focus in psychopharmacology and drug interactions.

We are seeking talented Full Time Night Shift Behavioral Health Technicians. 12 Hour Shifts.
Continually monitors and enforces compliance within unit rules.
Effectively applies supportive behavior when assisting in the control of patients who exhibit unacceptable behavior. Demonstrates the ability to employ de-escalation and therapeutic interventions as needed.
Inventories patient belongings accurately and secures contraband as needed; completes unit safety checks.
Complies with standard/universal precautions and infection control policies and attends required in services to keep self-informed.
Implements patient care activities under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing personnel; performs vital signs, weights, ADL, nutritional monitoring and communicates findings to the nurse.

Individualizes all patient care activities to the age specific, disability, cultural sensitivity needs of the patient.

Communicates outcome of assigned tasks to nursing staff in a timely manner; Communicates follow-up on patient care responsibilities; incomplete assignments, ongoing activities and current patient needs to relevant staff to assure continuality of care.
