Job Description
The Lube and Tire Technician at Monro or General Service Tech as we call it, is an entry level Automotive Technician position and a great way to start your career at Monro. Starting day 1 you will begin a comprehensive mechanic training program, covering all aspects of your new role. As a General Service Technician, you will be an essential team member, performing maintenance services on Guest vehicles. Responsibilities
Mechanic duties include changing, mounting, and installing tires
Wheel removal, tire repair and balance, tire patch/plug repairs
Quick lube type duties such as lubrication and oil change
Inspect and rotate tires
Basic automotive maintenance work such as battery installation
We will train you to do alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance services
Cross-train to work on the front counter to assist guests with appointments, answer phones, enter estimates and close out guest invoices.
Compensation: The hourly range for this role is $16.00 - $19.00. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be determined based on experience level.

Summary of Position
The Secondary Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing all aspects of rate lock activity for first mortgage and home equity products, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of loan pricing, locking, and delivery functions. Principal Accountabilities and Functions
Manage the daily lock desk function, including receiving, validating, and processing lock requests for all first mortgage products in accordance with company policies and investor guidelines.
Execute lock confirmations, extensions, and re-locks, maintaining accurate records in loan origination and secondary systems.
Coordinate and monitor pipeline activity to ensure accurate hedging and sale eligibility.
Sell eligible loans to investors such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (best efforts commitments) and to other investors for FHA, VA, or other applicable loan products.
Support the Secondary Marketing Manager by assisting with daily rate sheet creation and distribution, market monitoring and pricing adjustments and execution of loan sales and commitments.

Required Qualifications

About The Role:
The Assistant Manager role is a full-time position and is hourly based upon needs of the business. 4. Educates and assists members about how to use the new technology of ITMs to complete their transactions.

10. Processes transactions (cash withdrawals, check cashing, and transfers) after identifying the member or non-member; verifies account ownership, signature and account details
11. Verifies and processes loan payments, transfers and other monetary and non-monetary transactions (e.g., official checks,, ).
12. Maintains a thorough working knowledge of the credit union's teller platform and the various applications (e.g. Check Balance site, ITM management console etc.) and is able to use resources from multiple platforms when processing transactions.
13. Maintains an awareness of security risks in the areas of member identification and confidentiality. Attends required branch quarterly security training.
14. Completes annual regulatory training such as US Patriot Act, Bank Secrecy Act and Office of Foreign Asset Control training, and is subsequently able to complete Currency Transaction Referrals and Suspicious Activity Referrals.
15. Guides members to the appropriate staff for specific information and assistance.
