They give you a good opportunity to move up in a company really fast

In order to get a raise you have to work $400 hours if you are a regular team member if you're supervisor you have to put in a 1000 hours to get a raise and it's not that much

Team member passes. They give you passes to get your family in but that's just to eat only. If you want to play or ride the rides you have to pay for a fun card

I have met the owners John parlor and Laura Stowe they are really nice and really sweet and I really do think they care about their employees there's a lot of things they could do different but they're really good people

They used to have summer picnics I wish they will bring that back but they still have the company Christmas party I wish they could do that different instead of having it at the John's incredible store I wish they would rent out a place where we can meet up and have good food instead of the food that we serve at the store The prizes could be better surprises are really cheap

When I applied in 2007 it was easy I just walked in got a paper at the time filled it out turned it in and they interviewed me right there on the spot and I got hired and not even a week later I started working and been there ever since

The store that I'm at here in Bakersfield California is pretty diverse and I've been to other stores and different cities and they're pretty diverse as well

I think the compensation at John's incredible Pizza it's pretty average minimum wage here is still $16 I wish I'd go up to $20

Personally the number one thing for me is my coworkers I get along with all of them second I enjoy making pizzas done it for a long time and I love doing it

The feeling of accomplishment at the end of the day

Sometimes you get told to do it one way but later on, yelled at for doing that way.
