As the key resource for the manufacturing team, the Manufacturing Facilitator provides guidance in the resolution of problems.
Leadership responsibilities include:
Ensure that all Team Members' actions and manufacturing processes meet specified safety and housekeeping requirements.
Responsible for ensuring the maximum production within the parameters of the highest quality practices.
Assigns specific tasks, as required, to ensure the most cost effective and productive use of the Team Members.
Ensures that tools and materials essential for the performance of the work are readily available.
Responsible for all Team Members' performance by providing training, guidance, and timely feedback through day-to-day feedback and periodic performance appraisals.
Establishes and facilitates small group team initiatives for continuous improvement.
Maintains comprehensive records to document the performance of his/her area of responsibility.
The Manufacturing Facilitator is responsible for evaluating existing and new products to determine the optimum processes, standards, equipment, tools, flow and facilities required to manufacture products. In doing so, the responsibilities include:
Conducts root-cause analyses of manufacturing process to identify, define and resolve manufacturing problems and opportunities. Enlists the requisite support (I.E., M.E., etc.) to ensure the timely resolution of problems and the prompt implementation of improvements.
Continually monitors existing operations and implements possible improvements or cost reductions. Prepares related analysis, layouts and other supportive data. Prepares comparative cost estimates using alternative production methods.
Audits standards and ensures changes for improvements in data base accuracy.
Responsible for ensuring that all processes and products meet all quality standards. In doing so, the Manufacturing Facilitator is responsible for the following:
Assures Team Member awareness and compliance to manufacturing process instructions (MPS's, WPS's, Router Documentation & Work Instructions), ISO Standards and JLG Quality System Procedures, and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS Requirements.
Identifies problems or opportunities, which affect quality. Communicates the information to the affected functions and develops and implements corrective action.
Responsible for the changes needed in machines, processes, materials and assembly.
Implements inspection procedures to improve end products, reduce costs and enhance quality.
Investigates product defects and makes modifications in products or quality standards where such appear to be warranted.
Provides technical assistance to the Materials Management group in connection with the purchase of raw materials, supplies and equipment, and in qualifying new sources of material.
Provides input for strategic planning regarding manufacturing initiatives.
Responsible for other duties as assigned.

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for increasing the sales of the HASKEL BUTECH portfolio through all assigned Channel Distributors and Direct Key accounts (OEM, EPCs, and System Integrators.) Job Overview:
The Field Service Technician for Ingersoll Rand's Compression Systems and Services Division serves customers by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all makes of rotary screw and reciprocating and/or Centac and ECC air compressors, along with additional compressed air system components. Automation Machine Tool Electricians needed at The Large Power Systems Division located in Lafayette, IN. Responsibility to electrically troubleshoot and repair complex domestic and foreign machine tools and related equipment. Applicant must possess the ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC, PLC, and relay logic-controlled machines.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Knowledge and experience repairing on or more of the following types of equipment: Okuma, G&L, Mazak, Lamb, Landis (grinders), Waldrich Coburg, Ingersoll, Toyoda, DMG Mori and a variety of other machines in a large industrial machine shop.
* Examples of related equipment to be repaired: P&H cranes and hoists, conveyors, furnaces, large part washers, ABB robots, CNC machine tools and other equipment in a large industrial machine shop.
* Examples of machine controllers to be repaired: CNC and PLC equipment with Fanuc, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Modicon, Indramat, and a variety of other controllers on the machines in the machine shop.

Basic Qualifications:

* Indramat, and a variety of other controllers on the machines in the machine shop.
* Experience with AC/DC analog and digital drives, including:

* Ability to demonstrate intermediate or higher proficiency in readying and interpreting machine tool prints/schematics
* Basic mechanical skills

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detailed individual to join our Machine Shop team. This role will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, programming independently, G-coding, and operating machine tools to create products according to engineering specifications, ensuring high quality and efficiency in a manufacturing facility. A Machinist works with a team to contribute to production goals and operating various machine tools to produce precision parts and components while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities:
• Set up and run production on all machines while managing tool conditions. Program machines with high complexity, independently utilizing Mazatrol and G and M codes. Follow and develop standard work for setup, inspection, and deburring.
• Setup and operate machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines (CNC Horizontal, CNC Vertical, CNC Turning). Set up and operate at least three categories of machines (manual machining, turning centres, milling machines, mill-turn machines, grinders, etc).
• Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job. Use precision measuring instruments such as callipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
• Operate machines to manufacture parts, following detailed blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards. Identify and report defects or issues in the machinist process and necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on machine tools to ensure they operate effectively and safely. Report any significant machine malfunctions or maintenance requirements to the supervisor. Troubleshoot and diagnose machine issues, making minor repairs or adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including job setup, run times, and material usage. Report any deviations from specifications or quality issues to the appropriate personnel. Document any issues, defects, or deviations from standard procedures. Complete production logs, work orders, and other required paperwork accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues, engineers, and supervisors to optimize processes and resolve production challenges. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Participate in training programs to improve Machinist skills and product knowledge. Attend monthly EHS trainings. Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors promptly.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years' experience in operating CNC machines in a manufaturing enviroment
• 2+ years of CNC Programming
Core Competencies:

We are currently seeking a reliable and knowledgeable individual to join our Quality team. This role will be responsible for inspecting materials and products, providing quality support through knowledge of inspection procedures and tools, identify deviations, work with production team members to document non-conforming materials and communicate with engineering team within in a manufacturing facility. * Interpret engineering drawings/specifications and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Conduct process audits of assigned value streams focusing on adherence to standard work. Identify and document defects, deviations, or non-conforming items and processing defects.
* Perform final product inspection/verification before shipment for customer orders. Identify and report defects or issues in the assembly process and necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure product quality. Partake in the occasional inspection of soldering workmanship and electronic assemblies Perform quality checks by established quality procedures and ISO requirements.
* Collect samples of products or materials for testing and coordinate with the quality control laboratory if further analysis is required.
