ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies
Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto trucks utilizing power equipment and wrenching techniques
Drill holes for wires, hoses and small parts
Operate a torch, plasma cutter, or grinder to cut and shape parts
Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
Install various truck accessories (decals, mud flaps, cameras, lights)
Lift and stack completed subassemblies and parts up to 35 lbs
Train and work in various areas of assembly in response to production demands
Follow verbal and written work instructions
Attention to detail necessary to adhere to quality standards
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Must be able to work overtime and/or 7 days a week

Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and knowledgeable individual to join our Quality team. This role will be responsible for inspecting materials and products, providing quality support through knowledge of inspection procedures and tools, identify deviations, work with production team members to document non-conforming materials and communicate with engineering team within in a manufacturing facility. A Quality Inspector works with a team to ensure all products meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate is adaptable, a team player, a great communicator, and can meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
Perform inspection on in-house and vendor-supplied parts and complete in-process inspections as required. Ability to use ESDS materials when working with electronic materials (i.e. wrist straps, grounded rubber mats). Operate Positive Material Identification (PMI) Gun to check materials against blueprints or drawings. Use Keyence measurement programming and CMM operation experience
Interpret engineering drawings/specifications and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Conduct process audits of assigned value streams focusing on adherence to standard work. Identify and document defects, deviations, or non-conforming items and processing defects.
Perform final product inspection/verification before shipment for customer orders. Identify and report defects or issues in the assembly process and necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure product quality. Partake in the occasional inspection of soldering workmanship and electronic assemblies Perform quality checks by established quality procedures and ISO requirements.
Collect samples of products or materials for testing and coordinate with the quality control laboratory if further analysis is required. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and achieve daily and monthly targets. Ensure inspection tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained and report issues.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results, quality control data, and non-conforming products. Generate reports and documentation as required
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. Perform quality checks by established quality procedures and ISO requirements. Participate in training programs to improve maintenance skills and product knowledge. Attend monthly EHS trainings. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and participating in root cause analysis, writing the NCM, and disposing of waste accordingly (RTV, Scrap, Rework)

Assist with entering the order into the ERP system by preparing supporting file information detailing the scope of equipment and work sold and defining any special requirements for documentation, testing, inspections, and start up or field-testing requirements in preparation for hand off to a project manager for execution.
* Work with Engineering, Operations, RSM's, Manufacturing Representatives, and others to resolve any issues related to bids, quotes, submittals, orders in process (lead time, quality, delivery, etc.), post shipment issues (Start up, quality, etc.,) as needed.

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detailed individual to join our Machine Shop team. This role will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, programming independently, G-coding, and operating machine tools to create products according to engineering specifications, ensuring high quality and efficiency in a manufacturing facility. A Machinist works with a team to contribute to production goals and operating various machine tools to produce precision parts and components while adhering to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is consistent, a team player, a great communicator, and can meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
• Set up and run production on all machines while managing tool conditions. Program machines with high complexity, independently utilizing Mazatrol and G and M codes. Follow and develop standard work for setup, inspection, and deburring.
• Setup and operate machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines (CNC Horizontal, CNC Vertical, CNC Turning). Set up and operate at least three categories of machines (manual machining, turning centres, milling machines, mill-turn machines, grinders, etc).
• Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job. Use precision measuring instruments such as callipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
• Operate machines to manufacture parts, following detailed blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards. Identify and report defects or issues in the machinist process and necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on machine tools to ensure they operate effectively and safely. Report any significant machine malfunctions or maintenance requirements to the supervisor. Troubleshoot and diagnose machine issues, making minor repairs or adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including job setup, run times, and material usage. Report any deviations from specifications or quality issues to the appropriate personnel. Document any issues, defects, or deviations from standard procedures. Complete production logs, work orders, and other required paperwork accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues, engineers, and supervisors to optimize processes and resolve production challenges. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Participate in training programs to improve Machinist skills and product knowledge. Attend monthly EHS trainings. Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors promptly.
