What this job involves: We are seeking a customer-focused Fitness Center Front Desk Associate to serve as the welcoming face of our employee fitness center. You'll be the first point of contact for employees utilizing our fitness facilities, ensuring exceptional service while maintaining facility operations and safety standards that promote overall employee wellness and engagement. What your day-to-day will look like: * Greet employees with a positive, professional attitude and assist with fitness center inquiries, policies, and equipment questions * Conduct regular safety inspections of exercise equipment and facility areas, reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns * Maintain facility cleanliness and organization throughout your shift, including inventory management of towels, cleaning supplies, and amenities * Monitor facility capacity, enforce occupancy limits, and oversee proper equipment usage while providing basic equipment orientation to users * Handle member concerns and feedback professionally while maintaining accurate employee locker records * Conduct facility orientations for first-time visitors and assist with fitness center marketing initiatives and events * Generate weekly usage reports and facility metrics while performing other assigned administrative duties Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required * 1-2 years of customer service experience in face-to-face environments * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional appearance and demeanor * Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and ability to learn facility management software * Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously • Flexibility to work various shifts including early morning and evening hours * Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, and maintain visual/auditory awareness for facility safety Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in fitness, recreation, hospitality, or facility management industries * CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire * Basic knowledge of fitness equipment operation and general exercise principles * Experience with facility operations, maintenance coordination, or wellness program support * Familiarity with membership management systems or similar database platforms Location: Cincinnati, OH Shift: Monday to Friday; 8 AM to 5:00 PM Estimated compensation for this position is: $20 /hour The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. Mobile HVAC Service Technician What this job involves - Operates, inspects, and maintains all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain most efficient operating results and life expectancy. Job Description * Create tailored development schedules for a land lease / acquisition based on zoning status, conditional use permits, platting and required third party approvals to pursue speed to construction start for a given project * Manage and lead a team of architects, civil, structural, electrical engineers & more to confirm the economic and zoning viability of a land site * Lead and present at local staff, design review boards, planning commission and city council meetings to represent the clients and pursue zoning and site plan approval * Manage the launch and receipt of all given surveys to qualify a land site ranging from Title Reports, ALTA Survey, Geotechnical reports, Environmental reports, Sign Surveys and more depending upon the site * Play critical leadership, coordination, and communication role with all stakeholders including the client, architects, civil, structural, electrical and mechanical engineers, sign vendors and more * Manage program and project efforts for new store developments, store relocation, and multi-state program roll-outs * Assist during the initial leasing / purchase agreement feasibility phase by: reviewing all surveys and providing cost and zoning analysis back to Real Estate for review and consideration * Pursue all approvals from County, City, State & more to prepare a land site for Lease Commencement or Closing and communicate with the client and all stakeholders each step of the way * Meet established development timelines by: reviewing master project schedules for assigned projects, ensuring Architects & Civil Engineers are provided with accurate and timely information, verifying material procurement and delivery are synchronized with schedules, regularly monitoring progress of all projects, visiting sites, and requesting modified completion target dates when necessary * Provide value engineering ideas and opportunity for savings regularly through project evaluation * Complete all required documentation/paperwork and provide timely and accurate project status reporting while traveling Requirements * Bachelor's degree; Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline, 10+ years of development management in the commercial construction industry or equivalent as an Owner's Representative, or any similar combination of education and experience * Experience in pre-construction and land development efforts ranging from site planning, grading plan reviews and utility design and review * Expertise in Feasibility / Due Diligence, Site Planning, Permitting, Site Analysis, civil design and construction, Entitlements, Land Use, Land Planning, Utility Providers and Construction * Proven experience in working with local municipalities and organizations to pursue site plan / zoning approvals for a given concept * Experience in managing restaurant, banking and/or pad site projects preferred * Certification in PMP, PE, AIA, LEED, or CMAA preferred * Proficient in preparing and tracking detailed project budgets and schedules * Proven experience leading and managing numerous facets of multiple projects simultaneously * Solid understanding of construction industry, terminology, codes, documentation, and design disciplines * Ability to read, understand, and apply construction standards and plan sets * Proficient with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, NIKU) * Ability to conduct weekly project meetings either onsite or via conference calls with clients, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders * Demonstrated customer/vendor relationship building experience * Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills * Ability to travel 25-50% Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) maintaining a clean and safe working environment, performing rounds, conducting routine assessments, performance of day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance, painting, and housekeeping for assigned properties ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s) • Maintain heating equipment, chillers (air and/ or water cooled), DX units, pumps, cooling towers, fan coil units, VAV, and air distribution systems, etc. • Monitor and adjust all mechanical/pneumatic equipment, steam stations, control gauges, distributor panels, valves, thermostats, diffusers, and other equipment necessary to provide a comfortable environment for the buildings • Verify field conditions and perform any necessary repairs or adjustments • Monitor Energy Management • Repair doors, ceilings, hand railings, and floors and other general repairs, adjustments and installations about the property • Perform repairs to plumbing fixtures (water closets, urinals, flush valve assemblies, lavatories, etc.) • Perform preventive maintenance duties in accordance with C&W standards, building protocol, manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices. including changing filters, cleaning coils, flushing condensers, punching tubes, greasing fan, pump and motor bearings as required, inspecting and adjusting belts, replacing motor bearings, aligning pulleys and shafts, monitor condenser, chilled, heating and secondary water chemical treatment and its associated feed equipment, clean and maintain cooling towers, and perform annual inspections and other scheduled routines as directed. • Inspect engine room equipment, fan room equipment, cooling tower, all motors, house pumps, electric rooms, back-up generator, fire pump(s), sump pump(s), and ejector pumps. Replace lamps, light fixtures, reinstall or replace signage, verify rooms are clean and clear of obstructions and debris • Check for properly operating emergency exit signs and lights and ensure free and clear access to emergency stairs and exits.
