The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day leadership of soft services delivery across a 4M+ sq. ft. corporate campus. This role oversees janitorial, landscaping, workplace experience, and additional soft service programs, ensuring services are efficient, consistent, and aligned with the client's goals. The Senior FM partners closely with the client, JLL Engineering, and Project Delivery Services (PDS) to provide seamless, integrated service delivery that enhances the employee experience and supports business continuity.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Client & Stakeholder Partnership
Act as the primary liaison with the client for all soft services programs.
Align services with evolving workplace needs and business objectives.
Provide accurate, timely reporting on performance, cost, and service outcomes.
Soft Services Operations
Lead delivery of janitorial, landscaping, workplace experience, and additional service programs (e.g., moves, events support, space readiness).
Establish and enforce consistent service standards across a large-scale, multi-building environment.
Implement quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement.
Anticipate operational needs, identify service gaps, and coordinate corrective actions.
Financial & Process Management
Develop and manage soft services budgets; monitor spend, forecast, and provide variance analysis.
Deliver cost savings and efficiencies while maintaining quality and reliability.
Oversee contract compliance, vendor invoicing, and procurement in alignment with JLL and client standards.
Leverage CMMS and reporting tools for performance tracking and trend analysis.
People & Vendor Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of workplace experience professionals and coordinators.
Manage vendor relationships for janitorial, landscaping, and other soft services, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
Foster a “one team” culture across JLL, the client, and vendor partners.
Ensure resiliency through succession planning, workforce development, and cross-training.
Collaboration with Engineering & PDS
Maintain strong partnerships with JLL Engineering to align on building operations, planned maintenance, and incident response.
Collaborate with PDS (Project Delivery Services) to coordinate projects, space changes, and campus improvements.
Provide input on operational impacts and employee experience considerations to Engineering and PDS initiatives.
Sustainability & Workplace Experience
Partner with the client to advance sustainability goals such as recycling, waste diversion, and environmentally responsible practices.
Support workplace engagement initiatives to create a clean, functional, and welcoming environment.
Introduce innovations in process and technology that improve service delivery, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, OR 10+ years of Facilities Management experience
Minimum of (8)+ years of proven 3rd party provider facilities or workplace management experience with emphasis on soft services.
Five (5)+ years of proven people management/supervisory work experience leading an Integrated Facilities Management team
Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-building or campus environments (2M+ sq. ft. preferred).
Strong vendor management experience, particularly in janitorial, landscaping, and workplace experience.
Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets with measurable cost savings.
Strong collaboration background working with Engineering and PDS teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to partner directly with the client and employees at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Corrigo
Military experience is a plus.

What this job involves:
As an Associate Relocation Project Manager at JLL, you will be responsible for coordinating Project MAC work requests/orders and assisting with development of scope and schedule for projects, planning, and managing moves or reconfigurations. This role serves as a single point of contact for all MAC project work orders and move-related or reconfiguration activities performed in accordance with Jones Lang LaSalle's policies and procedures. What your day-to-day will look like:

Prepare/update project and work order status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
Manage all relocation and reconfiguration activities on account or for specific projects, incorporating and creating best practices
Provide single point of contact for all relocation/reconfiguration project activities for client with regular updates on scope, schedule, and budget
Facilitate and document project meetings with internal staff and key stakeholders to ensure clear communication of responsibilities
Develop and implement relocation/reconfiguration project plans and budgets through collaboration with facility managers, project managers, and construction managers
Coordinate schedule, budget, and scope with various service providers while managing supporting suppliers
Required Qualifications:
Proficient in Corrigo and ARCHIBUS (or other CAFM systems)
Understanding of RFP/RFQ documents, contract and proposal terminology
Ability to estimate proposal pricing related to man-hour assignments per project sub-task or price whole projects
Strong verbal communication skills at all levels of client organization and across extended project teams
Experience with move and furniture/project management
Knowledge of relocation and reconfiguration processes and best practices
Preferred Qualifications:

Senior Line Engineers are part of a service engineering team that provide 24/7 engineering technical support for United Airlines Worldwide fleet of operational aircraft to ensure the timely return to service. Provide engineering support for a wide range of aircraft systems, maintenance programs, engines as well as operational engineering functions. Studies, analyzes, and seeks solutions to problems related to the design, operation, maintenance, performance, modification, or repair of aircraft, and their components. Uses a structured, logical, and analytical approach in problem solving. Defines maintenance program, configuration, and serviceability criteria ensuring safe and legal operations. Analyzes and implements regulatory requirements. Evaluates the effects of modifications or new equipment on reliability and performance. Evaluates the benefits of the cost impact of a fleet decision to ensure an optimum balance of cost, asset utilization, quality, and reliability. Authors, designs, tests, and manages projects. Communicates with customers on technical issues, work scope recommendations, and failure investigations. This position leads and develops potentially complex solutions and implementation plans, project justification, cost/benefit analysis, management of project implementation, technical support, and obtaining FAA approvals as required.
Coordinate work with other operational groups to ensure airworthiness, safety, regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and operational efficiency.

What this job involves:

Key Responsibilities

Skills/Requirements
Candidates should have at least one of the four qualifications bullets listed below:
A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience within the securities/financial services industry
Financial services and/or sales experience
Financial services registration, licensing, or certification
Professional and/or military career progression
Licensing:
SIE (which can be obtained without Firm sponsorship), Series 7 and Series 66 will be required; if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the assigned paid study period.
FINRA registrations required within three months. State insurance licenses will be required.
As an associate, you are required to complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities (FINRA and SEC), as well as required CE training to ensure licenses remain in good standing.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Perform maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems. Keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.
+ Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
+ Maintain an energy management program. Ensure all systems operate in the most efficient manner.
+ Assist with the implementation of a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life. Perform emergency repairs as needed.
+ Follow departmental policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials. Maintain a clean and safe workplace.

Universal CFC certification is preferred. Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions. Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
