You will develop proficiency in all of JLL's research tools and proprietary technologies. * Actively contribute to JLL's internal data management system, learning and applying established data calculation and aggregation methodologies while following best practices. * Publish quarterly market reports on office and industrial product in assigned market(s). * Support business development initiatives by partnering with brokerage leaders to contribute to client requests and grow the business. * Proactively engage with stakeholders to develop strong relationships with internal and external clients, facilitating the use of research as a key differentiator in new business efforts. * Keep track of and inform brokerage leaders on local and national commercial real estate news.
