The Configuration and Data Management (CDM) organization is responsible for ensuring our products are under configuration control and delivered on time. The CDM Organization consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices, and our customers. The Data Management, Engineering Support and Execution (DEX) department is looking for an individual to perform the role of SeniorData Manager (DM).
This position is in Andover, MA (On-site)
The SeniorData Manager identifies all data deliverables made part of a contract and subsequently builds a data track in a Product Data Management (PDM) system. The DM identifies, with help from the Program Office, the appropriate preparers, receives the data within PDM, reviews the data for compliance, solicits and secures appropriate programmatic approval and delivers the information to the customer on time, throughout the lifecycle of the contract.
In addition, DMs are responsible for reviewing sub-tier contractor requirements, building data tracks for supplier submissions, receiving data from various suppliers, and routing for approval and/or incorporation into prime contractor deliverables to the customer as well as securing non-deliverable program work products to be configuration controlled in the PDM system and other related tasking.
What You Will Do
Reading contracts for understanding of the deliverables
Working in a PDM system to capture, manage, and track data deliverables and/or receivables.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to obtain requested data.
Proofreading data for compliance to the requirement(s)
Managing the data deliverable schedule and providing the data to the customer on-time
Learning and understanding contractually required markings applied to data.
Running forecast reports and providing them to the appropriate stakeholders
Providing metrics related to on-time deliveries and outstanding dispositions upon request.
Reviewing and approving sub-tier supplier statements of work for data requirements
Supporting program meetings and providing training to program personnel and customers and/or suppliers
Handling and protection of Company Intellectual Property (IP) as well as U.S. government IP and classified information
Qualifications you must have
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant professional experience or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
Experience in data management and/or equivalent professional experience

The SeniorAnalyst, Small Business Card & Rewards Analytics will lead the strategy and execution of SBS card product performance, engagement, and usage analytics delivering insights to expand and deepen our relationship with customers. This critical role will partner with product, marketing, credit risk, and finance teams to inform rewards constructs and benefits-led product line strategies that differentiate American Express offerings in the marketplace while driving balanced economics.
This role represents a unique opportunity to leverage applied quantitative experience to directly shape business strategy and role requires a high level of expertise in driving decisions backed by data insights, deploying advanced predictive and statistical methodologies, leading strategic analytics, and designing scalable data assets. The ideal candidate will bring a unique balance of technical skills combined with a strategic mindset and the ability to communicate effectively. Responsibilities:
* Translate business problems into data strategies and drive analytical workstreams on SBS customer engagement, card benefit usage, rewards, and retention leveraging analytical techniques
* Drive the strategy and execution for creation of SBS card transaction and customer data assets including migration of source data to cloud environment and design of sustainable, optimized data structure
* Develop and build SBS card performance reporting and key performance indicator measurement using BI tools (i.e. Tableau)
* Model expected impact on business of potential charge product features and enhancements and advise senior leaders on product roadmap
* Design, launch and measure tests of product construct configurations to increase rewards and benefits awareness, redemption, and spend; Build analytical frameworks for robust measurement when clear A/B testing doesn't exist.
* Identify and build behavior-based segmentation to provide insights into customer behavior and drive recommendations for business priorities.
* Manage and prioritize demands for data, ad hoc analytics, and reporting from multiple stakeholders, reallocating resources as necessary to ensure alignment with business priorities
Minimum Qualifications:
* Relevant professional experience including experience in hands-on analytical role(s) leveraging data to drive decisions, translate operational performance into financial implications, and influencing business strategies
* Experience building sustainable data assets using cloud-based analytical tools, querying languages, and visualization software (e.g., SQL, Python, Databricks, Tableau) is a must
* Good understanding of card economics and performance drivers with proven success in driving business results via strategic analysis. Experience in Charge/Loyalty analytics is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and analytics-driven findings to non-technical stakeholders, and to explain business processes, concepts, and issues to technical resources
* Team player with proven ability to influence and collaborate with others across all levels of an organization

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits

**How will you make an impact in this role?**
The B2B Growth Enablement Insights Analyst will play a key role in scaling the expansion of charge volume across the Large Market and Global Commercial Services client base. This role partners closely with sales leaders, individual contributors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure teams have the data, insights, and operational support needed to drive increased expansion charge volume.
Designed as a force multiplier for a virtual U.S. based expansion sales organization, this role sits at the intersection of data, process, and sales execution, driving measurable business growth by enabling teams to expand B2B charge volume across the client base.
+ Partner with sales leaders, individual contributors, and key business partners to assist and execute key strategic expansion and growth projects.
+ Conduct analysis of spending, supplier data, and portfolio/vertical trends to identify growth opportunities.
+ Maintain accurate Salesforce (OneForce) data, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into expansion activity, enablement progress, and impact on charge volume growth
+ Apply clear prioritization and engagement criteria to ensure support efforts are focused on the highest-impact accounts and initiatives
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Experience working with data to identify trends, insights, or growth opportunities, including comfort with large or complex datasets
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with financial acumen; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required (Salesforce experience a plus).
+ Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and priorities
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable guidance
+ Ability to prioritize work based on business impact and operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
+ Intellectual curiosity and ability to work through ambiguity.
