John is chief Marketing and Communications officer of Marsh. Previously, John was senior vice president of Marsh’s business planning, leading strategic planning and global growth initiatives. Prior to joining Marsh in 2016, John was senior vice president of commercial marketing and strategy for AIG and has more than 25 years of marketing, communications and strategy experience. John graduated from Indiana University with a BA in political science and history, and a minor in Russian language.

Keith Walsh is the CFO of Marsh. Previously, Keith served as vice president and head of Investor Relations for Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC), the parent company of Marsh, since December 2012. Prior to joining MMC, Keith spent 13 years as an equity research analyst at Citi, where he covered the insurance sector, including property and casualty underwriters, insurance brokers, asset managers, and small- and mid-cap life insurers. He began his career as a research associate at Smith Barney, then a unit of Citigroup. Widely respected within the insurance industry, Keith was ranked #2 Investor Relations Professional in the insurance industry by Institutional Investor magazine in 2017 and 2016. He received his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and his BS from the University at Albany-SUNY.

Linda is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Marsh. Prior to this role, Linda served as Human Resources leader for Global Operations, Advisory, Specialty, Placement and Functions at Marsh. Prior to joining Marsh in 2012, Linda held several roles within CitiGroup, spanning both the Consumer and Corporate Banks. Toward the end of her tenure she was Global HR Head of Enterprise Operations and Technology and Global Corporate Services. With more than 21 years of human resources experience as a leader in HR, Linda has partnered with diverse client groups, providing thought leadership on organizational redesign, outsourcing strategy and executive coaching, all while delivering key talent priories for the business. Linda is a certified executive coach and certified in Hogan Personality Assessments and Myers Briggs. She holds a BS in Psychology and Business from Stony Brook University.

Louis is Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Marsh and is a member of the Marsh executive committee. He oversees Marsh’s operations and technology functions. Louis joined Marsh in June, 2018. Prior to this role, Louis was Managing Director and Global Head of Operations, Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs. He spent over 30 years working at Goldman in various operations leadership roles with overseas assignments in Hong Kong, London, India and Canada.

Mr. Douglas Turk is a Chief Marketing Officer at JLT Specialty USA and is based in Chief Marketing Officer Jlt Specialty Usa.

Mr. Hans Van Heukelum is a Chief Commercial Officer at JLT Specialty USA and is based in Chief Commercial Officer Jlt Specialty Usa.

Patricia (Pat) Hagemann is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Marsh LLC. In this role, Pat manages the global effort to coordinate major digital, strategic investments, and operational programs that span across Marsh’s regions and functions. Pat also serves on the Marsh Executive Committee.

Pat joined Marsh in 1980 and has served in multiple leadership roles during her more than 35-year career at Marsh. For the first 10 years of her career, Pat held various financial and accounting roles, including fiduciary accounting, cash management, and general accounting. From 1990 until 2006, Pat was the finance officer and head of Management Services for various Marsh businesses, including the Northeast Region, the US, North America, and the Americas.

In January 2013, Pat joined the Risk and Compliance function as the Global Professional Standards Officer. In May 2013, Pat assumed interim responsibility for the Global Risk and Compliance function, assuming the role permanently in November 2013 as the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer for Marsh LLC. In 2016, Pat resumed her role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Marsh LLC, US and Canada, a position Pat previously held in 2008 until 2012.

Tamara has more than 25 years of experience leading digital businesses and defining strategies for large multinational organizations. She received her BA from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard University.
