KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage the FAT staff, including test engineers, technicians, 3rd party testing agencies, equipment sub-vendors and support personnel.

Maintain a shared team calendar for all awarded projects
Facilitate Internal Weekly Coordination Meetings with the FAT Team Leads, Operations and Project Management to ensure coordination and readiness of testing on a minimum 2-week look-ahead basis.

Review resource allocations, workload planning, and staffing requirements to meet project timelines with Department leadership

Ensure all test setups, instrumentation, and documentation are ready prior to testing.
Circulate final test reports and punchlist to key stake holders for agreement
Ensure Corrective Action Reports(CAR) and Supplier Corrective Action Reports(SCAR) are submitted in a timely manner. Follow up to ensure site activity schedules are accurate.
Report & discuss inspection results(Punchlists, CAR's, SCAR's) with department and program leadership for recommended necessary corrective actions or prevention plan options.
Maintain analytic FAT dashboards.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Field Service Technician III's role is to provide field support to our clients. This includes commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, or retrofit of the mechanical and electrical systems of a project. The Field Service Technician III reports to the Director of Aftermarket Product Services. However, this position requires close interface with the Service Project Manager, Product Manager, Production Manager, QA manager, and the Engineering manager, client personnel, general contractors, sub-contractors, and/or consulting engineers.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Startup, preventative maintenance, and service of vertical turbine pumps and split coupled inline pumps.
Startup, preventative maintenance, and service of Cooling Towers (Evapco, Kelvion, Marley, SPX)
Startup, preventative maintenance, and service of Centrifugal Chillers (Trane, York, McQuay, Smardt)
Startup and troubleshooting variable frequency drives (Eaton and Allen-Bradley)
Install and repair power distribution systems including electric motors, motor control centers, and variable speed drives.
Close interface with other Field Service Technicians, Project Engineers, and Project managers, with the mechanical and electrical engineers, with service technicians, and with the client's personnel
Assist the Production Department in assembly, or in training of factory personnel
Compile O&M information

ENGINEERING & FABRICATION:

Interacts with suppliers on all scope, commercial, and schedule issues.

Responsible for preparation of scope related documents such as a Master Document Lists, and Project Document Distribution Lists, and Project Document Distribution Lists.
Conduct periodic project budget reviews and prepare forecasts to completion.
Solicit and review project specific accounting data for budget analysis and forecasting.
CONTRACT/CONSTRUCTION:
Assumes full Customer interface for engineering, delivery, and construction issues.
The Project Manager is the Customer's single contact point for all technical issues.
Promptly issue all field construction documents to installation contractors after receipt of order.
Coordinate with Project Engineer designated by the Engineering Manager for equipment selections, ongoing production issues, purchasing, production control, etc.
Field all inquiries from the Customer and the Customer's main EPC contractor (where applicable). The Project manager ensures that the Project Engineer compiles and transmits all O&M information.
Coordinate payment issues, attempting to maximize our leverage between payments to our installation contractors and suppliers, and invoicing to our customer. The Project Manager protects against scope creep and solicits project change orders where appropriate.
The Project Manager implements risk management processes throughout the project life cycle
and ensures lessons learned are captured.
STARTUP AND CLOSEOUT:
Coordinates with the Service Department in the start-up, commissioning, and training needs of the project by providing all technical references and by coordinating schedules with the Customer.
Expedites project closeout and release of any related retainage.
Implements a warranty kick-off meeting with the Service Department.

Ensure all welding activities are performed in accordance with AWS, ASME, and/or other relevant standards.

Oversee welder testing, certification, and training programs to ensure workforce capability and compliance.
Coordinate welding audits and prepare related documentation.
Function as the subject matter expert (SME) for welding processes, equipment, consumables, and inspection techniques.
Collaborate with inspectors to monitor weld quality and adherence to procedures.

Ensure adherence to all company safety policies and promote a safety-first culture within the welding department.

EDUCATION & TRAINING:

The Site Civil Foreman reports to the Construction Superintendent/Site Manager or the Civil Superintendent and will be responsible for leading crews in all Civil and Structural construction work for TAS module installation.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Site Manager and Civil Superintendent to identify and screen employees as needed including crane operators, steel workers, concrete workers and general helpers
Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans for the site civil team
Regularly report project status to Site Manager and Site Civil Superintendent
Oversee and mentor all Civil craft labor
Participate in or hold daily briefing and safety meetings with Civil/Structural crew members

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Manufacturing Engineer's main role will be to support the production operations. The Manufacturing Engineer will evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs and applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate production activities through data analysis to identify opportunities for improvements in productivity, material flow, safety, quality, and cost. Prioritize actions to be taken, establish schedules for completion, and implement the necessary measures to realize savings.
Responsible for the implementation of key elements of Lean, such as: Standardized Work Instructions, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen/5S
Conduct time studies and audits as appropriate to validate and adjust labor estimates to reflect actual costs.
Work with vendors in determining product specifications and evaluating products according to quality standards and specifications.
Facilitate and/or lead cross-functional teams with Engineering, Production and Estimating in support of driving efficiencies and eliminating non-value-added activities.
Collaborate with design engineering in concurrent engineering efforts to ensure manufacturability. Proactively identify opportunities for improved manufacturability and coordinate implementation with design engineering and operations personnel.
Provide shop floor feedback on product design and manufacturability issues to Engineering and DFMs
Document and track all cost savings and process improvements against targets.
Evaluate Quality data and implement improvement activities to ensure all quality requirements are met.
Plan and execute facility and work cell layout modifications based on planned products and workload to optimize material and product flow.
Develop, design, justify and implement appropriate production tools, equipment, and other assets to maximize labor efficiency and reduce total cost.
Support estimating function by providing estimates of direct labor and raw material costs as required. Develop and maintain cost models for various activities for use in estimating.
