The role manages multidisciplinary teams responsible for planning, executing, documenting, and reporting FAT and Commissioning-(Cx) activities in support of the Production, Quality, Engineering and Field Service teams. The Testing Manager ensures testing efficiency, compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction through structured procedures and continuous improvement initiatives. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage the FAT staff, including test engineers, technicians, 3rd party testing agencies, equipment sub-vendors and support personnel. Develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals, project schedules, and quality standards. Maintain a shared team calendar for all awarded projects Facilitate Internal Weekly Coordination Meetings with the FAT Team Leads, Operations and Project Management to ensure coordination and readiness of testing on a minimum 2-week look-ahead basis.
