Low. They buy you at the least amount they can get you for. There are a lot of people that want your job, and they compromise you.

Each area has it’s own culture depending on each manager.

Recognition. Which they don’t offer at any cost.

Working for the adel ga plant I'd say is a bad choice . The people who are in management dont seem to care about the employees or the plant either for that matter. They seem to be trying to run the place in the ground . James Sapp Steven Rainey an a few more have the do as I say not as I do mentality, caring g nothing about the health of the employees or their families. And when it comes to the plant they seem to do things that are always unbeneficial to the prosperity of JM Eagle. If it were my business I'd be getting a whole new management crew before it was shut down for good
