JM Swank CEO and leadership

Randy joined JM Swank, LLC in July, 2018 as the CEO of the consolidated JM Swank, Lentz Milling and Armour Specialty Marketing companies. He is a 25-year veteran in the industrial ingredient and food distribution/manufacturing industries.

As former President & CEO of MacSource and Massey-Fair (Mac & Massey), Randy led the company through significant growth from 2000-2011, both organically and through M&A activities. In 2007 he recapitalized the company with a private equity partner and then in late 2011 led the sale of Mac & Massey Holdings to Batory Foods, Inc. where he remained for over three years as division President and Senior Vice President.

In 2017/18 Randy served as the strategic adviser and M&A strategist for Lentz Milling, Reading, PA. He has in-depth experience in private equity and sits in an operating advisory role for CIC Partners, Dallas, TX. Randy has served on a handful of boards and is currently a member of the Alabama Business Hall of Fame nominating committee.

Randy holds a BS in Corporate Finance from the University of Alabama and a MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Jerod Lindblom is Chief Information Officer for the consolidated JM Swank, Lentz Milling, and Armour Specialty Marketing companies. With 20 years of IT, Business Operations, and IT leadership experience he joined JM Swank in February 2018. Prior to joining JM Swank, Jerod was the VP of Information Technology for Code42 Software, Inc a private $100M SaaS Enterprise Information Security provider from 2014-2018. Prior to Code42, Jerod held several leadership and management roles over an 8 year period at Dell, Inc and Compellent Technologies (acquired by Dell for $980M in 2011). Jerod holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Minnesota.

Matt Pronk is Chief Financial Officer for the consolidated JM Swank, Lentz Milling and Armour Specialty Marketing companies. Prior to assuming this role, Matt served in various finance leadership roles at JM Swank for over 2 years. With over 10 years of industry experience, Matt previously worked for PepsiCo and Beam Suntory. Matt received a B.B.A and MA in Accounting from the University of Iowa and a M.B.A from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.

Ted Lentz is the Chief Analytics Officer for the consolidated JM Swank, Lentz Milling and Armour Specialty Marketing companies. Prior to assuming this role, Ted was the President of Lentz Milling Company, which was acquired by Platinum Equity in February 2018. Before purchasing Lentz in 2005 from family members in a leveraged buyout transaction, Ted worked in the management consulting and investment banking industries for 15 years at leading firms, including the Advisory Board Company, Alex. Brown and Sons, and Mercer Management Consulting. Ted received a BS in Commerce with Distinction from the University of Virginia and a MA in War Studies from King’s College, The University of London.
