Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience in software or infrastructure engineering and architecture, including ServiceNow. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 3 to 5 Years of working experience in ServiceNow app development and experience with areas such as Service Portal, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB. Experience with Workflow / Flow designer. Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow Platform & its capabilities Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, JSON, XML).
