Patient Counselor 910 N. Davis Drive, Arlington, TX As a Patient Counselor you must have the ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and other teammates. As a Patient Counselor you will interface with prospective and existing patients daily on the phone and in person. You will be responsible for taking care of these patients from the initial phone call through any potential consultation and procedures in the office. You will be working with patients (Cataract/Lasik) to educate them on the vision treatments available, and with the guidance of a surgeon, the Patient Counselor will help select the ideal procedure.
