Our Fitness Coordinators will actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals. In this fast-paced, energy-driven position, you will find success by supporting potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals. Your lively sales approach and magnetic personality will ensure that new members pursue their goals.
Position Purpose: Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow-up process to ensure their success.
Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Comfortable with computer/technology, ability to quickly shift focus, phone etiquette, and good at math.
This position is 20 hours a week and must be able to work every Thursday and at least one weekend day.

$33,000 - $66,000 USD
