POSITION OVERVIEW
Under supervision of the Clinical Supervisor the CASAC Counselor will provide counseling services in integrated outpatient program. The CASAC Counselor provides comprehensive assessment services to clients who may have substance use and mental health barriers to employment by applying clinical judgment to determine appropriate treatment needs and level of care. This includes performing SUD diagnostic screening, assessment, evaluation, orientation, treatment planning, case management, counseling, intervention, crisis intervention, patient education, reporting and record keeping in both individual and group counseling settings. The CASAC Counselor is also responsible for referrals and coordination of care in consultation with other professionals.
KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Intervention and employing a range of treatment modalities to include person centered evidence-based treatment approaches to include but not limited to motivational interviewing, stages of change, trauma informed care, anger management, medication assisted treatment, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and contingency management.
Ability to perform SUD and mental health screenings and intakes, orientation, SUD assessment, SUD diagnostic Impression, level of care as determined by LOCADTR, treatment planning, individual/group counseling, family interventions, psychoeducation, case management, crisis intervention, client education, referral, reporting and recordkeeping, care coordination and administrative supervision with regular supervision.
Participates in supervision regularly.
Develops and conducts group and individual counseling on a regular scheduled basis to caseload clients within the integrated outpatient program.
Obtain random observed urine samples according to established protocol.
Orients clients about program goals, objectives, rules and regulations, client's obligations, right's and program operations
Knowledge of the obligation to engage in prevention as well as treatment techniques.
Maintains and updates referral services and resources that may be useful to our client population; makes referral when necessary and appropriate.
Ability to demonstrate proficiency in English including the ability to speak, write, comprehend aurally, and read at a level necessary to perform as a CASAC Counselor.
Participates in outreach functions to reengage client lost to contact and maintain census capacity.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Under supervision of the Clinical Supervisor the CASAC Counselor will provide counseling services in integrated outpatient program. Moog's Military Aircraft Group, Manufacturing Engineering team is looking for a Computer Aided Application Developer to join them. You will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Director and will have a full-time on-site work schedule in East Aurora, NY.
You will be responsible for a variety of application support and development related primarily to Siemens NX and TeamCenter as well as supporting post-processors for all software used by the MAG ME team (currently PartMaker, Esprit, and NX) for which you will be the technical resource for internal development (coding) of post-processors for NX and lead post related training or procurement efforts. This role is pivotal in supporting our growing manufacturing operations for MAG East Aurora. In addition to this core responsibility, you will be integrated with other technical advancement opportunities and projects to help position MAG EA for further growth and engineering efficiencies. This includes, but is not limited to, TeamCenter and NX add in software such as Material Resource Libraries (MRL), AI Assisted Programming, and Model Based Definition (MBD) stage model standard work.
To be considered for the CAx Developer position, you will need to bring with you:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
* Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
* 4+ years of progressive technical experience with NX CAM
* Experience in NX CAM configuration and journaling automation is a plus
* Experience using Post Builder, Post Configurator, and programming
* Experience in the use of .tcl files is preferred
* Strong working experience with a variety of machine controls
* Proven aptitude and experience in the development of software solutions
* Demonstrated capabilities in Statement of Work (SOW) authoring and vendor management
* Excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated competence communicating with all levels of the organization and providing exception customer service
* Demonstrated project management experience in scoping, planning, and executing deliverables to support the business
As a CAx Developer you will:
* Field requests from users in Moog Military Aircraft Group East Aurora for post development, and deliver functioning software within project timelines
* Function as the Service Owner for MAG post development routed through Enterprise IT, responsible for developing service roadmaps, reporting, managing customer demand, and implementing continuous improvement efforts to constantly evolve the service.
* Refine enterprise IT processes for the requisition and delivery of post processors, helping to develop and enforce technical standards regarding things like integration methods or code structure
* Establish a portfolio of external service providers, and maintain customer relationships, leading Moog to make the best possible make-buy decisions for post-processor procurement
* Develop and or facilitate training for other MAG engineering resources which develop posts
* Remain engaged in supporting internal MAG customers through the lifecycle of post development, procurement, delivery, and sustainment
* Support MAG users with NX CAM questions, issues, and help drive enterprise CAM configurations
* Collaborate as part of the Enterprise IT Applications organization, leveraging relationships with peer leaders to drive improvement of IT services across the organization.
* Serve as the subject matter expert for MAG, driving the development and growth of capabilities in the organization to support this workstream long term
* Help to understand and develop standard work in support of Model Based Definition (MBD) as it pertains to the MAG shop operations team
* Identify and champion CAx solutions that will improve MAG operation efficiencies.
* Lead the investigation, trials, and implementation of AI assisted CNC programming in MAG.
* Stay connected to the Enterprise IT team for any planned software upgrades and understand any impact it may have on CAx systems used in Military Aircraft Group.
