Essential Functions:
* Provide advice on Americas immigration strategy for employees, talent and other Americas immigration matters for assigned TKO businesses.

2. Two years of clinical post graduate mental health experience required; experience in college mental health preferred.
3. Licensed to practice as a psychologist or social worker in the state of Connecticut.
4. Demonstrated clinical competence in working with issues of culture, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and the intersection of these aspects of identities with other categories such as race, class, and religion, as well as physical functioning and neurodivergence.
5. High integrity needed to handle confidential information.
6. Well-organized, able to work under pressure and as a member of a team.
7. Ability to interact well with a variety of people from all aspects of the college and community.
8. Excellent presentation skills and social skills.
9. Travel as necessary to meet the requirements of the position.

Case Manager
Performs assessment of patient and collects data from other sources to determine and facilitate the most appropriate level of care and identification of discharge needs. Collaborates with physician to ascertain medical treatment plan and works with the health care team and health plans to insure reimbursement, to coordinate services across the continuum to fulfill the treatment plan in the most cost effective and high quality manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
Registered Nurse that is a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, currently licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut. Minimum of 2 years experience in acute care, home care or long term care. Requires significant familiarity with payer systems across the continuum of care.
