What You Will Do:
We are seeking an AI Developer to help design, build, and deliver AI solutions, especially Generative AI, for clients modernizing their operations through intelligent automation. You will work alongside senior technical leads and client teams to develop functional AI prototypes, integrate data and models, and help translate emerging technologies into practical business value. This role blends hands-on development with consulting, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems through applied AI.
AI Delivery
Support the design and development of Generative AI Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that address real client challenges.
Build and test backend AI components that combine data, logic, and model reasoning into functional workflows.
Contribute to architecture and implementation plans, helping connect models, data sources, and business processes.
Participate in scenario-based testing and model validation to ensure reliable and explainable outcomes.
Collaboration
Work as part of an agile team, contributing to sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and client demonstrations.
Collaborate closely with the Senior AI Development Lead to align technical delivery with engagement goals.
Help document solutions, capture lessons learned, and develop reusable assets for future AI engagements.
Technical Advisory
Stay current on advancements in Generative AI, bringing forward practical ideas and tools that enhance delivery quality.
Engage with client stakeholders to understand workflows, data sources, and decision processes.
Contribute to assessments of AI readiness, development toolchains, and opportunities for automation.
Support post-MVP feedback and enhancement activities, ensuring that solutions can evolve toward production deployment.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree is required
Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience in AI, software, or data-driven solution development, including work with Generative AI or NLP applications
Understanding of cloud environments (e.g. Azure, Amazon Web Services) and DevOps for AI development and deployment
Proficiency in Python and experience building or integrating AI-based systems
Experience with key Generative AI system patterns, such as:
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and retrieval-based reasoning systems
Agentic frameworks (e.g., orchestrated multi-step reasoning, tool-using AI agents)
Evaluation and observability frameworks (e.g., LLM/human evals, prompt testing, reliability scoring)
Model monitoring and retraining pipelines
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in agile teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience designing or deploying solutions with Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, or other AWS AI services
Understanding of AI governance and risk management frameworks
Experience supporting clients in regulated or complex environments (e.g., energy, infrastructure, public sector)
The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tax Counsel for our Tax Law Department within Saudi Aramco's Law Organization.
The Tax Law Department is responsible for providing tax legal advice to Saudi Aramco's business units, subsidiaries, and joint ventures while working closely with other members of the Law Organization.
The Tax Counsel's primary role is to ensure the provision of high-quality tax legal advice to internal clients and coordinate with external tax advisors. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
As a successful candidate you will have:
A Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent.
Current admission to general practice before the highest court of the state or country of which you are a citizen or resident.
An LL.M. in Taxation is preferred. Energy industry (oil and gas, petrochemical, power, or oil field services) is also preferred.
Minimum of 9 years experience in tax gained in a leading US law firm, Big 4 accounting firm, and/or an in-house tax department of a multinational company.

Minimum Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to a state bar in good standing.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in federal, state, and international tax matters, with a focus on controversy, planning, and M&A transactions.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and international tax laws, regulations, and procedures.
Experience in handling federal, state, and international tax audits, appeals, and litigation.
Proven ability to provide strategic tax planning advice in a business context.
Expertise in analyzing and structuring M&A transactions, including cross-border deals, from a tax perspective.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication skills.

Directs inmates to participate in available educational programs. Facilitates and leads various educational programs, including MRT, Healthy Choices, Relapse Prevention, Healthy Relationships, Anger Management, Building Self-Esteem, Parenting, Boundaries, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Provide in-service training to detention staff and detention academies on various counseling related courses.
Consults with family, friends, jail staff and treatment agencies to obtain info to assist in classification and management of inmate/detainee. Assist County agencies in distributing and collecting written questionnaires on inmate/detainees that are being evaluated. Request background checks and criminal histories. Conduct integrity interviews. Make recommendations and type summaries.
Creates written CorEMR summaries and progress notes of inmate/detainees contacts as part of a permanent record for continuity of care purposes and as documentation in the event of litigation.
Consults and collaborate with mental health clinicians and psychologist to review or discuss inmate/detainees on suicide watch. Attend meetings with mental health, medical and counseling staff to discuss special needs of inmate/detainees.
Collaborates and attends meetings with intervention, adult diversion, safety and security, criminal justice/mental health sub-committee and gang intelligence unit.
