As a Project Pool Application Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements as well as coordinating build needed with an offshore team. Develop, implement, and maintain an application project plan with detailed approach and timeline; configuration and risk management plans; status reporting and change control processes. + Design and implement new features and functionalities in your specific application. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application integration. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. + Support PMs with proposal creation (scope, risks, etc), success and performance metric establishment, detailed design document creation, deliverable approval, service request creation, issue and risk identification and project progress reporting. + Escalate and resolve issues and risks. + Provide work tasks to offshore analysts. + Conduct regular code reviews and ensure best practices are followed in application development. + Follow up on any user connections needed by offshore. + Facilitate lessons learned and formal stakeholder surveys. + Validate and monitor cost and resource estimates. + Minimize/eliminate non-chargeable (overhead) activities. + Certification/experience required: Peoplesoft HCM. On-call support may be required. Basic Qualifications: + 3 years of work experience + Minimum of 2 years experience in Healthcare IT role + 2 years of experience as a Peoplesoft Developer, maintaining PRD and non PRD environments, troubleshooting, designing workflows, managing system access + High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: + Preferred Bachelor's or Associate Degree + Peoplesoft HCM and Payroll design, build and implementation experience Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
