Maintains up-to-date record keeping and data collection for each consumer as required by the Department of Rehabilitation and Department of Developmental Services. Serves as an advocate for consumers and participates in ISEP meeting, training sessions and other events related to the project, as required. Any other duties as assigned by the program manager.
