Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent.
One year of correctional officer experience required; two or more years experience preferred.
Additional education may be substituted for the experience on a year-for-year basis.
A valid driver's license is required.
Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.

Specific Duties:

* Advise and support entity leaders and operations teams in areas of manufacturing and prefabrication
* Provide contract support related to manufacturing and prefabrication, including the development of contract templates, management of agreements with third-party vendors, contract review and negotiation

* Manage dispute resolution, including supporting negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation

Job Summary
The Community Bridges, Inc. (CB) Counselor is responsible for ensuring, with the assistance of other treatment team members, that each participant is provided the services necessary to achieve the goals of treatment as outlined in their individualized treatment plan. Counselors familiarize themselves with each new assigned participant to provide appropriate counseling services based on best practices models as well as providing educational presentations to participants and/or their families as needed. Also known as: Counselor, Therapist, Clinician.
Skills/Requirements
Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy or social work from a CSWE-accredited program required.
Minimum of one (1) year of full-time behavioral health experience is required of this position.
Minimum two (2) years of experience working with the Adolescent Population preferred.
Minimum two (2) years of experience working with the Substance Abuse population preferred.
Licensure at the associate or independent level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor required.
Current AZ Driver's License (Valid and in good standing).
Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Duties Include:
* Conducts assessments or screenings with clients to evaluate the nature of their presenting problems in order to determine their needs and develop appropriate treatment plan goals.
* Develops and provides individual treatment plans; monitors, evaluates and documents client's progress.
* May have responsibility for intake documentation. Prepares progress notes, event notifications and other documentation regarding clients in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
* Monitors case load daily to ensure required documentation is completed timely; including, but not limited to, assessments, treatment plans, case reviews and discharge plans.
* Provides direct support services to include engaging clients in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services and crisis management.
* Facilitates coordination of care to include case review, therapeutic interventions, and client progress in treatment.
* Participates in clinical staff meetings, trainings and other activities as required.
