Maintain caseload of estimated 35-45 participants
Record progress notes in comprehensive, timely manner and complete all reporting as required by the Monroe County Office of Mental Health and Mental Health Treatment Court
Participate in case review meetings with direct Court staff, as scheduled
Receive assigned cases, review and/or formulate recommendations, submit referrals based on client needs
Recommend adjustments to treatment plans, advocates for equity and system movement to support individual identified needs

Individual counseling and mentoring
After-hour response, assessment and intake of youth in need
Development and supervision of social, cultural and recreational activities
Crisis/conflict/prevention/intervention, response and intervention
Maintenance of accurate and timely program records
Maintenance of facility and grounds
Daily meal planning and preparation
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field AND 1-2 years' experience in a residential youth program OR Equivalent
A valid Driver's license
Skills:
Counseling approaches and techniques
Crisis prevention
Pay Rate: $19- $21 per hour
