Essential Functions:
Works with patients to complete all intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork.

Overview
Under general supervision, performs correctional counseling work of considerable difficulty. This is the first supervisory class in the Correctional Counselor sub-series. An employee in this class is responsible for supervising subordinates in counseling adult and juvenile offenders. Certain assignments with no supervision may be included in this class when the work assignment requires program oversight. This class differs from the Correctional Counselor 2* in that an incumbent of the latter is not responsible for supervisory or lead work. The Counsel role will focus on providing legal services to Old National Bancorp and its wholly owned subsidiary, Old National Bank ("Company"). This role will have a primary focus on labor and employment law matters, offering comprehensive day-to-day support for the Company's People Team. Key Accountabilities

Qualifications and Education Requirements
* Five + years' experience practicing law full-time working in a legal department of a medium or large financial institution, or with a major law firm.
* Admitted to practice, and in good standing with the bar of one of the states in our footprint, with preference given to Illinois, Indiana or Minnesota, or qualified to be registered to practice as in-house counsel in the applicable state.

Interface with the clinical team in decision-making process involving patients to include attending all clinical meetings.
Assess the counseling needs of the patient.
Assess the patient for substance abuse diagnosis using DSM criteria in determining appropriate level of care based on ASAM criteria.
Obtain previous records that are relevant to the current treatment episode.
Prepare the substance abuse counseling portion of the patient treatment plan.
Provide substance abuse counseling services specified in the patient treatment plan.
Develop the patient discharge/continuum of care plan to ensure movement to the appropriate levels of care.
Participate fully as a member of a multidisciplinary team for assigned patients.
Document all counseling and education services, assessments, reassessments, referrals, and follow-up in the patient's clinical record.
Maintain patient caseload (including all case management and utilization review updates, treatment planning duties, and clinical charting as required)
Provide coordination of support services for the patient and their family and record the services provided in the clinical record.
Reassess patients and revise the substance use counseling portion of the patient treatment plan, as necessary.
Facilitate family therapy as assigned.
Contact and coordination with referral sources (i.e., legal, school, employer, etc.).
Facilitate intervention for crisis-orientated issues utilizing a multi-disciplinary team approach for assigned patients.
Carry out administrative and clinical functions as requested.
Attend team meetings and complete all training courses timely as required.

LEASING COUNSELOR - THE BRIDGEWATER APARTMENTS Full Time Carmel The Bridgewater Apartments Bridgewater Apartments is a “Class A” and Award-winning community, featuring luxury apartment homes, excellent amenities, and the convenience of location. We have an immediate opening for a Leasing Consultant. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for the leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Immediately record all telephone and in-person visits on appropriate reports.
Inspect models and available “market ready”, communicate related service needs to Community Manager.
Demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to prospects needs by communicating the features and benefits; close the sale.
Update availability report, process applications for approvals. (i.e., credit check, rental history, etc.) Submit processed applications to the Community Manager for approval. Follow up with applicant regarding status.
Ensure apartment is ready for resident to move-in on agreed date.
Immediately follow-up on prospects that did not close and attempt to close sale again.
Assist in monitoring renewals. Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of two (2) years sales experience in previous multi- family leasing environment or other similar sales & customer focused environment.
Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to respond to customer concerns to avoid escalation of the problem and bring to a positive resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain prior to interacting with prospective residents.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
