The individual will collaborate with 20+ in-house sport psychology professionals at PSP, and design/deliver workshops, presentations and group sessions for teams, coaches, and staff both locally and around the country. This individual will be a point person for mental performance teamwork services for a select number of teams at the university (e.g. 2-3 teams) and expected to work closely as a member of a multidisciplinary medical team comprised of team physicians, orthopedic surgeons, PTs, psychiatrists, certified athletic trainers and sport dietitians. The individual will provide team consultation as needed and facilitate outreach about psychological skills that enhance well-being and performance. The individual will build and nurture strong relationships with clients and referral sources at PSP and in the university environment, as well as maintain timely clinical records of therapeutic and other client contact and adhere to both Minnesota and federal laws. Requirements - A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - A minimum of seven years of experience in patent prosecution, with expertise in advanced technologies such as 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, and RF systems. - Registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or eligibility to register. - Admission to the Bar and good standing, or eligibility for admission through waiver. - Demonstrated experience in creating and managing intellectual property portfolios for clients. - Strong academic credentials paired with excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. - Preferred knowledge in domains such as autonomous vehicles, robotics, natural language processing, or computer vision. - Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
